Claims (4)
- 돈육, 우육, 오리고기, 계육과 같은 육류를 1~3mm 두께로 일정한 폭 사이즈로 슬라이스 절단하여 준비하는 육류 편 준비단계와,해산물이나 버섯류와 같은 심재를 육류와 같은 폭 사이즈로 하여 2~4cm 두께로 절단하고 세척하여 준비하는 심재 준비단계와,상기 슬라이스 절단된 육류의 일측 상부에 심재를 얹어 내부에 심재가 위치하도록 한 후 말아 롤링하는 이중 소재 준비단계와,상기 이중 소재의 롤링구이 재료를 구워 조리하는 조리단계에 의해 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 육류를 이용한 이중 소재 롤링구이의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 롤링구이 준비단계에서 슬라이스 된 육류 편의 상면에 조미된 전분을 묻힌 상태에서 롤링한 것을 특징으로 하는 육류를 이용한 이중 소재 롤링구이의 제조 방법.
- 1~2mm의 두께로 얇게 슬라이스 된 육류 편의 내부에 오징어 심재를 넣어 말아 롤링한 후 구워 조리된 것을 특징으로 하는 육류를 이용한 이중 소재 롤링구이.
- 1~2mm의 두께로 얇게 슬라이스 된 육류 편의 내부에 새송이 버섯 심재를 넣어 말아 롤링한 후 구워 조리된 것을 특징으로 하는 육류를 이용한 이중 소재 롤링구이.
