Claims (10)
- C5 내지 C9+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 나프타 공급원료의 처리 방법으로서, C5 내지 C9+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 나프타 공급원료(276)를 분리벽 분리 컬럼(280) 내로 도입하는 단계 및 공급원료를 5 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 경질 분획(282), 7 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 중간 분획(284) 및 8개 초과의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 중질 분획(286)으로 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 경질 분획 화합물의 적어도 일부를 분해(cracking)하여 C2 및 C3 올레핀을 포함하는 분해된 올레핀 유출물을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 7 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 중간 분획 화합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소를 회수하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 8개 초과의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 중질 분획 화합물을 가솔린 탄화수소 함유 스트림 내로 선택적으로 혼합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동 반응기 구역(214) 내에서 중질 탄화수소 공급원료를 탄화수소 분해 촉매와 접촉시켜 경질 올레핀을 포함한 일정 범위의 탄화수소 생성물을 포함하는 탄화수소 유출물(216)을 생성함으로써, 중질 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매적으로 분해하여 나프타 공급원료를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 탄화수소 분해 촉매가 큰 기공 분자체를 포함하는 제1 성분 및 중간 이하의 기공 크기를 갖는 제올라이트를 포함하는 제2 성분을 포함하는 촉매 조성물을 가지며, 중간 이하의 기공 크기를 갖는 제올라이트는 촉매 조성물의1.0 중량% 이상으로 포함되고, 중질 탄화수소 공급원료와 탄화수소 분해 촉매와의 접촉은 탄화수소 분해 반응 조건에서 유동 반응기 구역 내에서 중질 탄화수소 공급원료와 재생된 촉매 및 코크스화 촉매를 포함하는 혼합 촉매를 접촉시켜 경질 올레핀을 포함한 탄화수소 생성물을 함유하는 분해된 스트림을 생성하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분리 섹션(222)에서 탄화수소 유출물(216)을 분리하여 하나 이상의 분리기 액체 스트림(232) 및 분리기 증기 스트림(234)을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 하나 이상의 분리기 액체 스트림은 C3+ 탄화수소를 포함하고, 분리기 증기 스트림은 C3- 탄화수소를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,일차 흡수기(240) 내에서 제1 흡수 용매와 분리기 증기 스트림(234)을 접촉시켜 제1 흡수 용매 내에 C3+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 반송 공정 스트림(243) 및 C2- 물질을 포함하는 오버헤드 스트림(244)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 흡수 구역(236) 내의 분리기 증기 스트림(234)을 처리하여 C2- 탄화수소를 포함하는 흡수 구역 유출물 스트림(254)을 형성하는 단계;분리기 액체 스트림(232)으로부터 C2- 물질을 분리하여 C3+ 공정 스트림(266)을 형성하는 단계; 및C3+ 공정 스트림으로부터 C5+ 물질을 분리하여 C5+ 물질을 포함하는 제1 생성물 공정 스트림(274) 및 C3 및 C4 탄화수소를 포함하는 제2 생성물 공정 스트림(272)을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, C5+ 물질을 포함하는 제1 생성물 공정 스트림(274)의 적어도 일부(242)를 제1 흡수 용매로서 일차 흡수기 내로 도입하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 석유화학 공급원료 생성 시스템(210)으로서,탄화수소 공급물(212)이 반응하여 C5 내지 C9+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 나프타 공급원료를 포함하는 반응기 구역 유출물(216)을 생성하는 유체 촉매 크래커 반응기 구역(214);C5 내지 C9+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 나프타 공급원료의 적어도 일부가 반응기 구역 유출물로부터 회수되는 회수 구역(220);C5 내지 C9+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 회수된 나프타 공급원료의 적어도 일부가 분리되어 5 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 경질 분획(282), 7 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 중간 분획(284), 및 8개 초과의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 중질 분획(286)을 형성하는 분리벽 분리 컬럼(280);5 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 경질 분획 화합물의 적어도 일부가 분해되어 C2 및 C3 올레핀을 포함하는 분해된 올레핀 유출물(288)을 형성하는 경질 분획 화합물 분해 구역(283);7 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 중간 분획 화합물로부터 방향족 탄화수소가 회수되는 방향족 탄화수소 회수 구역(285); 및8개 초과의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 중질 분획 화합물이 가솔린 탄화수소 함유 스트림 내로 선택적으로 혼합되는 혼합 구역(287)을 포함하는 시스템.
