Claims (12)
- 나일론 또는 폴리에스터 직물층(10);상기 직물층(10)의 양 면에 위치하고 상기 직물층(10)을 코팅시키는 열경화형 접착제층(20);상기 접착제층(20) 상에 위치하는 반응성 핫멜트 수지층(30); 및상기 반응성 핫멜트 수지층(30) 상에 위치하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지층(40)을 포함하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지층은 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스터 수지 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열경화형 접착제층은 폴리비닐클로라이드 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리아마이드 수지 및 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 열경화형 접착제층에 사용되는 수지의 점도는 1000 내지 10,000 cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나일론 직물층은 평직 직물인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 직물층 양 면에 상기 열경화형 접착제층으로 코팅된 두께는 2 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반응성 핫멜트 수지층의 두께는 0.1 내지 0.2 mm이며, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지층의 두께는 0.2 내지 0.6 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인.
- 나일론 또는 폴리에스터 직물의 양면을 열경화형 접착제로 코팅하여 경화시키는 단계; 및상기 코팅된 직물 양면에 순서대로 반응성 핫멜트 수지와 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 위치시킨 후, 동시에 합판시키는 단계를 포함하는 지오 멤브레인의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 경화 온도는 80 ~ 150 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 열경화형 접착제로 코팅된 직물은 합판 전에 170 내지 200 ℃ 온도로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지는 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스터 수지 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 열경화형 접착제는 폴리비닐클로라이드 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리아마이드 수지 및 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인의 제조방법.인 것을 특징으로 하는 지오 멤브레인의 제조방법.
