Claims (6)
- 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지에 있어서,유효성능을 가지는 금속입자와, 생분해성을 가지는 섬유형성폴리머와, 외부 공기와 물을 포함한 세균 전달 가능 매개체로부터의 침입을 차단하여 공기정화 및 수 처리 기능을 갖는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트와 질산은 용액을 용매에 용해시켜 항균성과 살균성을 갖는 용액과, 항균성과 살균성을 갖는 광촉매와, 항균성과 내열성 및 기계적 강도를 갖는 테트라에틸 오소실리케이트와 질산은을 첨가시킨 실리카 졸 용액과 천연추출물을 혼합한 방사용액으로 전기 방사하여 제조된 나노섬유로 형성된 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 천연추출물은 계피추출물, 편백나무추출물, 번행초 추출물, 만병초 추출물 중에서 단수 또는 복수로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방사용액은 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥 사플루오르 프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리메틸아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리테트라에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 테트라에틸 오소실리케이트로 이루어진 군에 금속입자, 섬유형성폴리머, 광촉매, 천연추출물이 선택적으로 추가된 상기 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지 성분을 고형분 기준으로 50~99wt%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 방사액에 실리콘옥사이드(SiO2), 티타늄옥사이드(TiO2), 알루미늄옥사이드(Al2O3), BaTiO3 , LiO2, LiF, LiOH, LiN, BaO, Na2O, MgO, Li2CO3, LiAlO3, PTFE, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 상기 수지 고형분 100 wt%에 대하여 1~20wt%로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유효성능을 가지는 금속입자는 은, 금, 게르마늄 중에서 단수 또는 복수로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광촉매는 TiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 부가된 나노섬유를 이용한 포장지.
