Claims (13)
- 동축적으로 배치된 노즐요소(1,2,3,4)가 마련되고, 가장 안쪽의 노즐요소(4)를 통과하는 유연성이 있는 길게 연장된 요소(6)의 표면상에서 그 유연성있는 길게 연장된 요소(6)를 덮는 하나 이상의 층을 형성하도록 배치되는 노즐 구조와, 상기 유연성있는 길게 연장된 요소(6)를 제어하기 위하여 그 길게 연장된 요소(6)의 직경에 대응하는 안내부재(5)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 안내부재(5)는 적어도 부분적으로 제 1 용융채널(7)을 규정하는 2개의 가장 안쪽 노즐요소(3,4)의 내부에 있는 그의 위치로 길게 연장된 요소(6)의 방향을 따라 밀어넣어지도록 배치되는 압출공구에 관한 구성에 있어서,상기 안내부재(5)는, 길게 연장된 요소(6)와 안내부재(4)의 사이에 테이퍼진 공간(42)을 제공하도록 배치되며, 그 테이퍼진 공간(52)은, 그 테이퍼진 공간(52)을 통하여 길게 연장된 요소(6)상에 압축설비에 의하여 재료를 압출하기 위하여 제 1 용융채널(7)과 유통상태에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)에는, 제 1 용융채널(7)과 상기 테이퍼진 공간(52)의 사이에 유통상태를 제공하기 위한 하나 이상의 방사형상 개구(51)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 테이퍼진 공간(52)은 길게 연장된 요소(6) 의 방향으로 연장되고 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테이퍼진 공간(52)은 길게 연장된 요소(6)를 방사방향으로 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐 헤드는 제 1 용융채널 (7)의 하류에 제 2 용융채널(8)을 포함하여 구성되며, 테이퍼진 공간은 제 1 및 제 2 용융채널(7,8)의 사이로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,안내부재(5)는 길게 연장된 요소(6)에 느슨하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 노즐구조를 통과하는 유연성의 길게 연장된 요소(6)의 운동을 따라서 앞쪽으로 제자리까지 반송되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 위치잡기 수단에 의하여 노즐구조의 내부에 있는 제 자리내로 밀어넣어지도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항, 또는 제 8 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 배출수단에 의하여 노즐구조 내부의 그의 위치로부터 회수되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 유연성이 있는 길게 연장된 요소(6)상에 부착 및 이탈을 위하여 분할될 수 있는 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 적어도 가장 안쪽 노즐요소(4)의 헤드이거나, 또는 안내부재(5)는 적어도 가장 안쪽 노즐요소(4)의 헤드 및 다음의 노즐요소(3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 적어도 부분적으로 가장 안쪽 노즐요소(4)의 안쪽, 또는 적어도 부분적으로 가장 안쪽 노즐요소와 그 다음 노즐요소(3)의 내부에 배치된 별개의 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내부재(5)는 노즐구조의 내부에 미리 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성.
