Claims (8)
- 알칼리 이온수 100중량부와 백복령 엑기스 0.1∼20중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 음료는 구연산, 포도당, 자몽씨추출물 및 향료로 이루어진 군 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징을 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 이온수는 pH가 7.3∼10인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료
- 알칼리 이온수 100중량부에 백복령 엑기스 0.1∼20중량부를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 백복령 엑기스는,백복령을 정제수로 2∼3회 세척하는 단계와,상기 세척된 백복령을 정제수에 12∼24시간 침지시키는 단계와,상기 정제수를 제거하고 침지된 백복령을 획득하는 단계와,상기 획득된 백복령에 정제수를 1:5∼6중량비로 가하는 단계와,상기 정제수를 가한 백복령을 85∼98℃에서 5∼6시간 추출하는 단계와,상기 추출된 추출물을 여과하는 단계와,상기 여과된 여과액을 감압농축하는 단계와,상기 감압농축된 감압농축액을 분말화하는 단계를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 이온수는 pH가 7.3∼10인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 이온수는 정제수에 숯을 40:1∼2 중량비로 투입하고 실온에서 24∼48시간 방치하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 이온수는 전해환원 이온수 제조기를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 알칼리 이온수와 백복령 엑기스를 이용한 음료 제조방법.
