Claims (5)
- 역삼투막에 해양 심층수를 통과시켜, 이온 성분을 포함하는 농축수와 이온 성분이 제거된 투과수를 얻는 단계;제1 농축기를 이용하여, 상기 농축수를 가열 농축하고 여과하여, 칼슘염 결정을 분리하는 단계;제2 농축기를 이용하여, 상기 칼슘염이 제거된 농축수를 가열 농축하고 여과하여, 염분이 제거된 간수를 얻는 단계;상기 칼슘염을 투과수에 용해시켜 혼합액을 제조하고, 음이온 교환수지에 상기 혼합액을 통과시켜, 혼합액 내의 음이온이 제거된 여과수를 얻는 단계; 및상기 음이온 교환수지를 통과한 여과수와 상기 간수를 혼합하여, 미네랄 워터를 얻는 단계를 포함하는, 해양 심층수를 이용한 미네랄 워터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투과수는, 해양 심층수를 제1 역삼투막에 통과시켜 1차 투과수 및 농축수를 얻고, 얻어진 상기 1차 투과수를 제2 역삼투막에 통과시켜 얻어지는 것인, 해양 심층수를 이용한 미네랄 워터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합액으로부터 제거되는 음이온은 황산 이온(SO₄-), 염소 이온(Cl-) 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인, 해양 심층수를 이용한 미네 랄 워터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 교환수지를 통과한 혼합액으로부터는 미네랄 성분으로서 칼슘 성분이 공급되고, 상기 간수로부터는 미네랄 성분으로서 마그네슘 및 칼륨 성분이 공급되는 것인, 해양 심층수를 이용한 미네랄 워터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과수와 간수의 혼합 비율은, Mg : Ca : K의 중량비가 3 : 0.5 ~ 1.5 : 0.5 ~ 1.5의 범위가 되도록 설정되는 것인, 해양 심층수를 이용한 미네랄 워터의 제조방법.
