Claims (3)
- 제품을 성형하기 위한 금형을 제조하는 금형제조단계;상기 제조된 금형의 내측면에 레이저 어블레이션(laser ablation) 방법을 이용하여 미세요철을 형성하는 금형가공단계; 및상기 미세요철이 형성된 금형을 이용하여 제품을 성형하는 제품성형단계;를 포함하고,상기 레이저 어블레이션 방법은, 원형의 레이저를 이용하여 상기 금형의 내측면을 격자모양으로 반복하여 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초발수 제품 성형 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 미세요철이 형성된 금형을 이용하여 성형된 제품의 표면에 불소화합물을 코팅하여 상기 제품의 표면에너지를 낮추는 불소화합물코팅단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초발수 제품 성형 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불소화합물코팅단계는,딥코팅, 스핀코팅, 스프레이, 불소 실란계 화합물의 셀프 어셈블드 모노레이어(Self-assembled monolayer) 처리방법, 불소계 단량체의 아톰 트랜스퍼 래디칼 폴리머리제이션(Atom transfer radical polymerization) 방법을 이용한 표면중합 법, 불소계 단량체의 그라프팅-프럼(grafting-from) 표면중합법, 불소계 화합물의 그라프팅-투(grafting-to) 표면중합법, 플라즈마를 이용한 불소계화합물의 표면중합법 및 플라즈마를 이용한 불소화합물의 표면개질 중 어느 하나 이상의 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초발수 제품 성형 방법.
