Claims (7)
- 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)에 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라 보울(13)이 형성된 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드에 있어서,상기 보울(13)은,상기 피스톤 헤드(10)를 위에서 보았을 때 상기 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 중심(C1)을 지나는 중심선(L1)을 기준으로 양쪽이 서로 대칭적인 원호모양으로 형성됨과 더불어, 상기 중심선(L1)을 따라 수직하게 절단한 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 단면을 보았을 때 상기 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 바깥 테두리에서 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 중심(C1)을 향하여 점차적으로 깊어지는 각도(θ1)를 갖도록 형성된 바닥면(13a)과;상기 바닥면(13a)과 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)을 연결하는 안쪽의 테두리면(13b);을 구비하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)과 상기 바닥면(13a) 이루는 각도(θ1)는 2도(°) 내지 3도(°)인 것;을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바닥면(13a)은,상기 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라서 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 중심(C1)을 지나 일정거리로 벗어난 위치가 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)으로부터 가장 깊게 형성된 위치(P1)로 형성되고;상기 가장 깊게 형성된 위치(P1)에서 상기 중심선(C1)의 양쪽에 위치한 원호모양의 곡률을 따라 갈수록 깊이가 점점 줄어들면서 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)과 만나서 동일해지도록 형성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 바닥면(13a)이 가장 깊게 형성된 위치(P1)는,상기 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라서 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 반경(r1)에 대해 0.15배 내지 0.2배의 값으로 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 중심(C1)을 지난 위치인 것;을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 안쪽의 테두리면(13b)은,상기 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라서 상기 바닥면(13a)이 가장 깊게 형성된 위치(P1)와 경사지게 만나는 지점이 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)으로부터 가장 높게 돌출된 위치(P2)로 형성되고;상기 가장 높게 돌출된 위치(P2)에서 상기 중심선(L1)의 양쪽에 위치한 상기 바닥면(13a)과 만날수록 돌출된 높이가 점점 줄어들면서 상기 바닥면(13a)과 동일한 높이가 되도록 형성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 바닥면(13a)이 가장 깊게 형성된 위치(P1)에서 상기 안쪽의 테두리면(13b)이 연결되는 모서리부는,상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 반경(r1)에 대해 0.15배 내지 0.17배의 반경(r2)에 해당하는 값으로 곡률지게 형성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)으로부터 가장 높게 돌출된 상기 안쪽의 테두리면(13b)의 위치(P2)에서 상기 인젝터(50)의 분사방향(A1)을 따라 만나는 바깥쪽의 테두리면(15)은,상기 안쪽의 테두리면(13b)과 90도(°)의 경사각을 이루면서 상기 피스톤 헤드(10)의 윗면(11)과 만나도록 형성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사 엔진용 피스톤 헤드.
