Claims (7)
- 카본블랙의 표면에 전도성 고분자가 코팅된 전도성 고분자 복합 분말; 및 바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체용 전도성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리피롤, 폴리아닐린, 폴리(3,4-에틸렌옥시티오펜) 및 이들의 유도체(또는 공중합체)로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체용 전도성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,전도성 조성물은 분산제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체용 전도성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,전도성 조성물은 증점제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체용 전도성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,전도성 조성물은 활성탄, 탄소, 세라믹, 황토, 숯, 천연석, 인상흑영 및 토상흑연으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 분말을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체용 전도성 조성물.
- 기재;상기 기재 상에 형성된 발열층; 및상기 발열층에 형성된 전극;을 포함하고,상기 발열층은 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 발열체용 전도성 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
- 제6항에 있어서,기재는 합성수지 필름, 섬유시트 또는 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
