Abstract

본 발명은 과수나무의 친환경 이끼류 제거용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 정제수 35~68중량%, 개미산(formic acid) 15~40중량%, 라우릴에톡실레이트(lauryl ethoxylate) 2~9중량%, 아미노산 칼슘(amino acid calcium) 킬레이트화합물 2~10중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하고, 상기 조성물을 물로 50~150배 희석하여 과수나무 또는 과일에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 청태 제거 방법을 제공함으로써, 이는 과일의 상품가치를 증대시키고, 종래 청태 제거제가 엽록소에 미치는 영향에 따른 문제점, 과일이 연약과로 되어 발생하는 저장성의 문제점을 최소화하고, 농민의 사용의 편리성을 도모하며, 친환경 농약으로서 친환경 과일재배 농가에서 청태제거제로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

Description

과수나무의 이끼류 제거용 조성물 및 그 제조방법{green moss washing agent composition for fruit tree and a preparation method thereof}
본 발명은 과수나무의 이끼류 제거용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 정제수 35~68중량%, 개미산(formic acid) 15~40중량%, 라우릴에톡실레이트(lauryl ethoxylate) 2~9중량%, 아미노산 칼슘(amino acid calcium) 킬레이트화합물 2~10중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 이끼류 제거용 조성물과, 이를 물로 50~150배 희석한 세정제 조성물 제조하여 하여 과수나무 또는 과일에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 청태 제거 방법에 관한 것이다.
사과를 비롯한 배, 감 등의 과수농가에서는 보다 좋은 과일을 생산하기 위하여 비료와 농약 및 각종 영양제를 다량 사용한다. 따라서 과일나무 주간부에 영양염류의 과다 부착으로 인해, 이끼류(이끼류와 조류, 이하 통칭 "청태"라 한다.)의 서식환경이 좋아져 청태 발생이 급격히 증가하고 있다.
이러한 청태는 과수나무의 주간부에서 줄기와 잎으로 확산되고, 과일 열매의 표면에 부착되어 과일 성장에 장애를 주며, 과일의 당도와 색상등의 품질을 저해하여 상품성을 현저히 낮게 한다.
일반적으로 청태 제거에 대한 유기산 제제, 황산구리 제제, 수산화 구리 제제, 기계유제, 다유화칼슘제, 유기합성 살초제 등 여러가지 방법이 제시되고 있으며, 특히 구리를 이용한 제품이 많이 사용되고 있으나, 이는 엽록소에 미치는 영향이 커서 부작용이 많으며, 과일에는 반점을 일으키도 하여 이러한 대부분의 조성물은 사과와 같은 과일에의 사용에 있어 사용이 제한적이다.
최근에 농가에서 직접 제조하여 사용하는 빙초산제법은 빙초산을 희석하여 살포하는 방법으로 빙초산의 사용농도가 0.4% 이상으로 높아야 청태 제거가 가능하므로 이러한 농도에서는 식물의 엽록소 피해가 비교적 많이 발생한다. 또한 빙초산을 동절기에 사용할 경우에는 빙초산의 높은 빙점에 의해 결빙으로 인한 용해 문와, 안전사고 및 사용방법의 부재에 의한 문제가 있다.
이에 본 발명자들은 상기와 같은 종래의 청태 제거제의 엽록소에 미치는 영향, 과일이 연약과로 되어 발생하는 저장성의 문제점을 최소화하고, 농민의 사용의 편리성을 위하여, 바람직한 유기기산의 선택 및 최적의 사용량과, 아미노산 칼슘과 비이온 계면활성제의 합리적인 배합비율을 찾아서 예의 연구를 거듭한 결과 본 발명에 이르게 되었다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 과수나무의 이끼류 제거용 조성물을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 과수나무의 청태 제거를 위한 세정제 조성물과 청태제거방법을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 상기 목적은 저분자의 유기산으로써 사용효과가 좋은 개미산을 이용하고, 사용량을 최소화 하며 효과의 상승을 위하여 침투 확산 기능을 증대시키는 야자유 알콜 에테르인 비이온계면활성제를 이용하며, 유기산의 낮은 비점을 보완하고 지속효과를 상승시키기 위한 아미노산을 이용하고, 식물의 엽록소 보호기능을 향상시키기 위한 유기칼슘 킬레이트를 이용하며, 과일의 저장성과 밀접한 연약과 방지를 위하여 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 청태 제거를 할 수 있도록 다수의 실험을 거쳐 달성하였다.
더욱 상세하게는 본 발명은 정제수 35~68중량%, 개미산(formic acid) 15~40중량%, 라우릴에톡실레이트(lauryl ethoxylate) 2~9중량%, 아미노산 칼슘(amino acid calcium) 킬레이트화합물 2~10중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 이끼류 제거용 조성물을 제공함으로써 달성하였다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 또한 상기 이끼류 제거용 조성물을 물로 50~150배 희석하여 청태 제거용 세정제를 제조하고, 이를 과수나무에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 청태 제거 방법을 제공함으로써 달성하였다.
본 발명에서 청태 제거를 위한 유기산으로는 저분자 유기산을 사용할 수 있 는데 구체적인 예로는 개미산, 빙초산, 노난산, 올레인산, 구연산, 살리실산 등을 들 수 있으나, 개미산이 가장 바람직하였다.
사용할 수 있는 계면활성제로는 음이온, 양이온, 비인온계면활성제의 3종류가 있다. 음이온 계면활성제는 선형 알킬벤젠 설포네이트[linear alkylbenzene sulfonate(LAS)], 알킬 에톡시 설페이트[alkyl ethoxy sulfate(AExS)] 등이 있고 비이온 계면활성제로는 노닐페닐 에톡시레이트(nonylphenol ethoxylates), 라우릴 에톡실레이트[lauryl ethoxylates (AEx)] 등이 있다.
본 발명에서는 야자유 지방산을 알콜화한 천연알콜에 에틸렌옥사이드를 부가하여 만든 비이온 계면활성제로서 라우릴 에톡실레이트를 사용함으로써 친환경 세정제 조성물을 제공할 수 있었으며 소량의 사용으로도 표면장력을 20 dyne/cm2 이하로 조절할 수 있고, 더 나아가 생분해성이 우수하며 유기산과도 화학적인 안정성이 우수한 효과를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하였다.
본 발명은 과수원의 과일이 청태로 인하여 상품가치가 저하되는 문제점을 개선함으로써, 과수 농가의 과일 품질을 향상시켜 소득 증대에 많은 기여하는 효과가 있고, 종래 청태 제거제가 엽록소에 미치는 영향에 따른 문제점, 과일이 연약과로 되어 발생하는 저장성의 문제점을 최소화하고, 바람직한 유기산의 종류와 비이온 계면활성제를 적의 선택하고 의 합리적인 배합비율을 제공함으로써, 친환경 농약으 로서 친환경 과일재배 농가에서 청태제거제로서 농민들에게 사용상의 편의성을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있으므로 농약산업 및 과수원예 산업상 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
이하, 본 발명의 구체적인 방법을 실시예를 들어 상세하게 설명하고자 하며, 본 발명의 권리범위는 이들 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실시예1 : 본 발명 과수나무 청태 제거제 조성물의 제조
하기 표 1의 바람직한 배합비로 각 성분을 혼합하여 과수나무에 부착된 이끼류에 의한 청태를 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 바람직한 조성물을 제조하였다.

상기 표1의 이끼류 제거에 의한 청태 제거용 조성물을 물로 다시 50~150배 희석하여 과수나무 또는 과일에 살포하였다.
배합비가 상기 비율의 범위를 벗어나는 경우 상기 이끼류 제거용 조성물은 1 개월이 지나면서 상(相) 분리가 일어나서 효과를 달성하기 곤란하였다.
실험예1 : 사과나무의 주간부 청태 제거용 조성물의 효과
상기 표 1의 배합비율 범위에서 이끼류 제거용 조성물을 얻고 사과나무 주간부 청태 제거를 제거하기 위하여 물 50~150 배의 희석배율로 희석한 후 청태제거 목적을 연구하기 위하여 대구시 북구 칠곡 소재의 농업시험연구소 사과 재배 시험포에서 2007년 1월에 실험 살포하고 6일 후의 청태의 제거효과를 비교하여 도 1(사진도)에 나타내었다. 상기 실험예에서 보인 세정제 조성물로 인하여 사과나무의 성장에는 전혀 저해 현상이 나타나지 않았다.
실험예2 : 밀감나무의 주간부 청태 제거용 조성물의 효과
상기 표 1의 배합비율 범위의 조성물로 밀감나무 주간부 청태 제거를 위하여 상기 실험예1의 희석비로 물로 희석한 후 살포하고 3주일 후 밀감나무에 번식된 청태의 제거효과를 비교하여 도 2(사진도)에 나타내었다.
실험예3 : 사과 과일의 청태 제거용 조성물의 효과
상기 표 1의 배합비율 범위 내에서 혼합된 이끼류 제거용 조성물로 사과에 부착된 청태 제거를 위하여 상기 실험예 1 및 실험예 2의 희석배비율의 물로 희석한 후 사과에 살포하고 청태의 제거효과를 무처리 사과 과일과 비교하여 도 3(사진도)에 나타내었다.
상기 실험예 1 내지 실험예 3의 전문 관능시험 요원들에 의한 3회 반복 관능평가에 의한 효과실험 결과에서 청태 제거용 세정제 살포 1주일부터 효과가 현저하다는 5점 이상의 평균점수를 얻을 수 있었다.
도 1은 사과나무의 주간부에 본 발명의 이끼류 제거용 세정제 조성물의 처리전후의 효과를 보인 사진도다.
도 2는 밀감나무의 주간부에 본 발명의 이끼류 제거용 세정제 조성물의 처리전후의 효과를 보인 사진도이다.
도 3은 사과 과일에 본 발명의 이끼류 제거용 세정제 조성물 처리시의 효과를 보인 사진도이다.

  1. 정제수 35~68중량%, 개미산(formic acid) 15~40중량%, 라우릴에톡실레이트(lauryl ethoxylate) 2~9중량%, 아미노산 칼슘(amino acid calcium) 킬레이트화합물 2~10중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 과수 이끼류 제거용 조성물.
  2. 제 1항 기재의 이끼류 제거용 조성물을 물로 50~150배 희석하여 과수나무 또는 과일에 직접 살포함을 특징으로 하는 청태 제거 방법.
