Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 나사축에 형성된 나선형의 볼 전주 홈을 구르는 볼을 순환시키기 위한 볼나사의 순환 부품이며,중앙부와,중앙부의 양측에 설치되어 상기 중앙부 내주의 중심선에 대해 내주의 중심선이 서로 다른 방향으로 기울어진 한 쌍의 다리부를 구비하고,상기 한 쌍의 다리부 외주의 중심선이 서로 평행하고, 또한 상기 각 다리부 외주의 중심선에 직교하는 방향의 단면에 있어서 상기 각 다리부의 두께가 주위 방향에서 다르고, 외형의 단면 형상이 원 형상으로 형성되어 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사의 순환 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 다리부 내주의 중심선은 상기 나사축의 리드각에 대응하도록 상기 중앙부 내주의 중심선에 대해 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사의 순환 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 다리부 내주의 중심선은 상기 나사축의 나선형 상기 볼 전주 홈의 접선 방향에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사의 순환 부품.
- 나선형의 볼 전주 홈이 형성된 나사축과, 상기 나사축의 볼 전주 홈에 대응하는 나선형의 부하 전주 홈이 형성된 너트 부재와, 상기 볼 전주 홈과 상기 부하 전주 홈 사이를 구르는 복수의 볼과, 상기 나사축에 형성된 나선형의 볼 전주 홈을 구르는 볼을 순환시키기 위한 순환 부품을 구비하는 볼나사이며,상기 순환 부품은중앙부와,중앙부의 양측에 설치되어 상기 중앙부 내주의 중심선에 대해 내주의 중심선이 서로 다른 방향으로 기울어진 한 쌍의 다리부를 구비하고,상기 한 쌍의 다리부 외주의 중심선이 서로 평행하고, 또한 상기 각 다리부 외주의 중심선에 직교하는 방향의 단면에 있어서 상기 각 다리부의 두께가 주위 방향에서 다르고, 외형의 단면 형상이 원 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사.
