Claims (5)
- 시멘트 450~600kg/㎥ 및 모래 750~1050 kg/㎥를 포함하며,상기 시멘트에 대하여 물 37~42 중량%, 아스팔트 유제 30~50 중량%, 재료분리저감제 0.1~0.7 중량%, 알루미늄분말 0.005~0.02 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 모르타르 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트는 조강 포틀랜드 시멘트(3종) 87~93 중량%와 특수혼합재 7~13 중량%를 포함하는 것인, 시멘트 모르타르 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 모래는 혼합 조립율이 2.0~2.5인 건조사이고, 상기 아스팔트 유제는 비이온계 화합물이고, 상기 재료분리저감제는 폴리카르본산계 화합물인 것을 특징하는 시멘트 모르타르 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 목표 팽창율인 +0.01~0.03을 만족하는 것을 특징하는 시멘트 모르타르 조성물.
- 프리캐스트 패널, 노반 콘크리트 및 레일을 이용하여 철도궤도를 형성하는 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템에 있어서,상기 프리캐스트 패널과 노반 콘크리트 사이에 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시멘트 모르타르 조성물을 충전시키는 단계를 포함하는 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템.
