Claims (3)
- 팝콘용 옥수수 50~70중량%, 식물성 가공유지는 20~30 중량%, 당류혼합분말은 20~30 중량%, 액상당류는 1~5 중량%, 식용유화제 1 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한 전자레인지용 팝콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당류 혼합분말이 분말설탕 80 중량%, 분무 건조 프락토올리고당 분말 10~20 중량%, 베이킹파우더 0.1~1 중량%, 고운소금 0.5~1 중량%, 수크랄로스0.01~0.1 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한 전자레인지용 팝콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상당류는 프락토올리고당 시럽, 이소말토올리고당 시럽 또는 말티톨 시럽으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지용 팝콘 조성물.
