Claims (6)
- 폴리유산 95.0 내지 99.9 중량%와 폴리유산내충격 개선제 0.1 내지 5.0중량%로 구성된 필름 조성물로 되고, 90℃의 온수 중에서 10초간의 열수축률이 필름의 길이방향 및 폭방향의 적어도 어느 한 방향으로 30%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성을 보유한 열수축성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리유산은 L-락트산, D-락트산 또는 L,D-락트산으로 구성되며, 수평균분자량이 10,000 이상인 것으로 이들 폴리유산이 단독 혹은 복합으로 사용된 것임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성을 보유한 열수축성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리유산내충격개선제는 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르 또는 지방족 폴리에스테르 또는 지방족 폴리에스테르와 폴리유산으로 이루어진 공중합체로, 이들이 단독 혹은 복합으로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성을 보유한 열수축성 필름.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르는 방향족 성분으로 ROOC-Ar-COOR'(R, R'은 수소 또는 알킬기)구조의 디카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상이고, 지방족 성분으로 ROOC-(CH2)n-COOR'(R, R'은 수소 또는 알킬기, n은 2 내지 14의 정수임)구조의 디카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상이며, 글리콜류는 HO-(CH2)n-OH (n은 2 이상의 정수임)구조의 디올 또는 폴리알킬렌글리콜이나 다음 일반식(1)로 표현되는 구조의 지방족 2가 알콜류로 이루어지는 군이 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성을 보유한 열수축성 필름;일반식 (1)상기 일반식(1)에서 R1은 C2~C8의 알킬렌기이며, R2는 C2~C8의 알킬기임.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리에스테르는 ROOC-(CH2)n-COOR'(R, R'은 수소 또는 알킬기, n은 2 내지 14의 정수임)구조의 디카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상이며, 글리콜류는 HO-(CH2)n-OH (n은 2 이상의 정수임)구조의 디올 또는 폴리알킬렌글리콜이나 다음 일반식(1)로 표현되는 구조의 지방족 2가 알콜류로 이루어지는 군이 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성을 보유한 열수축성 필름;일반식 (1)상기 일반식(1)에서 R1은 C2~C8의 알킬렌기이며, R2는 C2~C8의 알킬기임.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 두께가 30 내지 200㎛임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성을 보유한 열수축성 필름.
