Claims (5)
- 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서,공중합 폴리에스테르 조성물로서, 테레프탈산의 제1성분과 에틸렌글리콜 및 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올로 이루어진 디올의 제2성분이 공중합된 공중합 폴리에스테르 조성물 80∼95 중량%와 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 중합체 5∼20 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름의 열수축율은 75℃의 온수에서 10초간 처리한 후 주 수축 방향으로 35∼60% 이고, 90℃의 온수에서 10초간 처리한 후 주 수축 방향으로 70~95% 이며, 90℃의 온수에서 10초간 처리한 후 주 수축 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 5% 이하이고, 또한 35℃ 이하에서 45일간 보관한 후 열수축율이 75℃의 온수에서 10초간 처리한 후 주 수축 방향으로의 열수축율 대비40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름은 두께 분포가 3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름의 미연신 필름은 Tg℃ 이상 Tg+15℃ 미만의 온도에서 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름의 미연신 필름은 연신 공정에 앞서 실시되는 예비 가열공정에서는 0.0013cal/㎠.초.℃(0.0054 J/㎠.초.k) 이하의 열전달계수로 수행되고, 연신 공정에서는 0.0009cal/㎠.초.℃(0.0037 J/㎠.초.k) 이상의 열전달계수로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
