Claims (8)
- 상향 개구되어 용수를 공급받아 얼음을 생성하는 복수의 캐버티로 구성된 제빙 트래이와,상기 제빙 트래이의 내부 표면에 설치되고, 전원으로부터 전압을 인가받아 발열하는 발열회로와,상기 발열회로의 발열에 따라 상기 제빙 트래이로부터 생성된 얼음을 분리하여 외부로 배출하는 이빙부를 포함하여 이루어진 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열회로는,상기 제빙 트래이를 구성하는 복수의 캐버티 내부 표면에 각각 설치되어 상호 연결되는 복수의 저항선과,상기 복수의 저항선을 상기 전원에 연결하는 연결단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열회로는,상기 제빙 트래이의 내부 표면에 접착방식에 의해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열회로는,상기 제빙 트래이의 내부 표면에 인서트 성형방식에 의해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열회로는,상기 제빙 트래이의 내부 표면에 입체회로 성형(MID, Molded Interconnect Device)방식에 의해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이빙부는,상기 제빙 트래이의 양단을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 브라켓과,상기 제빙 트래이를 회전시키는 제1 회전모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하 는 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이빙부는,상기 제빙 트래이를 구성하는 복수의 캐버티 각각에 생성된 얼음을 밀어내도록 반경 방향으로 돌출 형성된 복수의 레버를 구비하고, 상기 제빙 트래이의 상부에 회전 가능하게 설치된 레버축과,상기 레버축을 회전시키는 제2 회전모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제빙 트래이의 내부 표면에 설치된 발열회로를 덮도록 상기 제빙 트래이의 내부 표면상에 형성된 열전도성 합성수지재의 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치.
