Claims (2)
- 버너를 포함하는 열원을 이용하여 열풍을 생성하는 연소챔버(20)와, 상기 연소챔버의 열풍이 투입되는 건조챔버(10)와, 상기 건조챔버내에서 사용된 건조 잔열풍을 배기하기 위한 순환팬(50)을 가지며 이 순환팬에 의해 배기되는 건조챔버내 잔열풍을 상기 연소챔버측으로 순환 가이드하는 열회수관(60)을 포함하는 건조장치 있어서, 상기 열회수관(60)상에 흡기구(63)와 배기구(64)를 인접 설치하되 이들 흡기구와 배기구는 밸브액튜에이터(80)의 작동에 따른 단일의 순환/배기제어밸브(90)의 개도각 조절에 의해 회수공기의 배기량과 외부공기의 유입량이 상호연동하여 비례제어되게 설치하고, 상기 밸브액튜에이터는 상기 열회수관(60)내에 설치되는 습도센서(70)의 검출 습도 값에 따른 제어부(100)의 출력에 의해 제어되게 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습도연동제어 열순환 건조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브액튜에이터(80)는 솔레노이드 또는 기어드모터 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 습도연동제어 열순환 건조장치.
