Claims (11)
- 수지 외층/차단성의 금속층/수지 실란트층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 전지셀로서,상기 전지케이스에는 전극조립체의 형상에 대응하는 수납부가 형성되어 있고, 전극조립체를 상기 수납부에 장착한 상태에서 외주면을 열융착하여 밀봉하며, 상기 열융착에 의해 형성된 실링부를 수납부에 평행하게 수직 절곡한 구조로 이루어져 있고, 상기 수직 절곡부위는 실링부 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 우수한 내구성의 수지 외층, 차단성 금속층, 및 열용융성의 수지 실란트층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트로 이루어져 있고, 상기 수지 실란트층이 상호 열융착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 외층은 연신 나일론 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어져 있고, 차단성 금속층은 알루미늄으로 이루어져 있으며, 수지 실란트 층은 무연신 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 외층의 두께는 5 내지 40 ㎛이고, 차단성 금속층의 두께는 20 내지 150 ㎛이며, 수지 실란트 층의 두께는 10 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 그것의 외주면 4면들 중 열융착에 의해 3면 또는 4면에 실링부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 절곡부위는 실링부의 내측 단부로부터 적어도 0.2 mm 이상 이격된 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 절곡부위는 실링부의 내측 단부로부터 0.2~ 5 mm의 이격 범위 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 절곡부위는 실링부 내측 단부로부터 이격되는 거리에 대응하는 두께를 가진 소정의 부재('절곡 지지부재')를 전극조립체 수납부 외면에 임시로 밀착시킨 상태에서 실링부를 수직 절곡하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전지셀이 팩 케이스에 내장되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스에는 전지셀의 수납부 외면과 실링부의 수 직 절곡부위 사이에 삽입되어 전지셀을 정위치로 고정하는 보조 측벽이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
