Claims (8)
- 0.05~25 중량%의 카본 블랙 입자, 1~15 중량%의 발포제 및 나머지 양의 스티렌 중합체를 포함하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지이고, 상기 카본 블랙 입자는 30~140 nm의 평균입자크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본 블랙 입자는 30~100 nm의 평균입자크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지는 19 ~ 20 g/l의 밀도로 발포될 때 29 ~ 30 mW/m·K의 열전도도를 가지는 스티렌 중합체 수지 발포체로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지는 15 g/l의 밀도로 발포될 때 34 mW/m·K 이하의 열전도도를 가지는 스티렌 중합체 수지 발포체로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 카본 블랙 입자는 벌크 밀도가 0.03~0.5 g/ml인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지는 평균 직경이 0.2 내지 2 mm인 구상 비드 형태 또는 평균 직경이 0.2 내지 2 mm 그리고 평균 길이가 0.2 내지 3 mm인 원통형 펠렛 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발포제는 탄소수 3~6의 탄화수소 화합물 또는 그것들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 발포성 스티렌 중합체 수지를 발포시켜 형성되는 스티렌 중합체 발포체로서, 상기 발포체의 밀도는 10 내지 30 g/l인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌 중합체 발포체.
