- 불가사리 천연칼슘 추출물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 불가사리 천연칼슘 추출물은,내장을 제거한 불가사리 껍질을 산용액에 침지한 후 알콜용액에 침지하여 독소를 제거한 후, 상기 독소가 제거된 불가사리 껍질을 물에 침지하고 가열하여 난용성 분해물을 분리한 다음, 분리된 난용성 분해물을 수세, 여과 및 건조하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 불가사리 천연칼슘 추출물은,내장을 제거한 불가사리 껍질을 5 내지 10 v/v% 범위 농도의 초산용액에 4 내지 8 시간 침지한 후 30 내지 80 v/v% 범위 농도의 주정용액에 침지하여 독소를 제거한 후, 상기 독소가 제거된 불가사리 껍질을 물에 침지하고 가열하여 난용성 분해물을 분리한 다음, 분리된 난용성 분해물을 수세, 여과 및 건조하여 제조된 것 임을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부.
- 물에 침지시켜 불린 콩의 부피대비 50 내지 70 %의 물을 혼합하여 분쇄하는 과정,상기 분쇄물을 가열한 후 여과하여 두유와 비지로 분리하는 과정,상기 분리된 두유를 상온숙성 시킨 후 60 내지 100 ℃ 범위로 유지시키면서 응고제를 첨가하여 응고시키는 과정, 및,상기 응고제가 투여된 두유에, 내장을 제거한 불가사리 껍질을 산 용액에 침지한 후 알콜 용액에 침지하여 독소를 제거한 후 상기 독소가 제거된 불가사리 껍질을 물에 침지하고 가열하여 난용성 분해물을 분리해낸 다음 수세, 여과 및 건조하여 제조된 불가사리 천연칼슘 추출물을 첨가 및 혼합하여 숙성시킨 다음 틀에 넣고 압축, 탈수 및 성형하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 불가사리 천연칼슘 추출물은,내장을 제거한 불가사리 껍질을 5 내지 10 v/v% 농도의 초산용액에 4 내지 8 시간 침지한 후 30 내지 80 v/v% 농도의 주정용액에 침지하여 독소를 제거한 후, 상기 독소가 제거된 불가사리 껍질을 물에 침지하고 가열하여 난용성 분해물을 분리한 다음, 분리된 난용성 분해물을 수세, 여과 및 건조하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 불가사리 천연칼슘은 두유 100 중량부에 대하여 건조함량 기준으로 2.5 내지 5 중량부 범위로 첨가되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 불가사리 천연칼슘은 20 내지 30 w/w% 수용액 상태로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 불가사리 천연칼슘과 물의 혼합물은 60 내지 80 ℃ 범위를 유지하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 천연칼슘 참 두부의 제조방법.
