Claims (7)
- 고온에서 배터리의 양극·음극의 단락을 일으키는 폭발·발화 방지소자유닛을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 폭발·발화 방지유닛은 저항이 높은 고저항구간과, 저항이 급격히 감소하기 시작하는 임계온도와, 저항이 급격히 감소하는 온도범위인 전이구간을 가지고 있는 폭발·발화 방지 소자 또는 폭발·발화 방지 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 전이구간은 100℃ 내지 130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 고저항구간에서는 저항의 크기가 1Mohm이상이고, 상기 전이구간보다 높은 온도에서는 저항의 크기가 1Kohm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 폭발·발화 방지소자는 CTR(Critical temperature resistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 폭발·발화 방지회로는 단락온도까지는 전류가 흐르지 않다가 단락온도 이상에서는 전류가 흐르는 폭발·발화 방지회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 단락온도는 100~130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
