Claims (6)
- 센서 바디와, 상기 센서 바디에 내장되고 바퀴와 같이 회전되는 톤 휠과, 상기 톤 휠의 동작을 감지하여 그 신호를 ABS 제어부로 전달하는 센싱유닛으로 구성되고,상기 센싱 유닛은 톤 휠의 회전에 의해 자장 변화를 일으키는 마그넷과, 상기 마그넷이 일으키는 자장변화를 전기적 신호로 변환하여 ABS 제어부로 전달하는 IC를 포함하고,상기 IC의 센싱면은 센서 바디의 내부로 노출되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 휠 스피드 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 톤 휠은 센서 바디의 내부에 위치되고, 그 측면에는 상기 마그넷에 자장변화를 일으키는 슬롯이 등 간격을 두고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 휠 스피드 센서.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 톤 휠은 허브 베어링의 인너 레이스의 끝부분에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 휠 스피드 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센서 바디는 허브 베어링의 아우터 레이스의 끝부분에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 휠 스피드 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센싱유닛은 상기 센서 바디에 고정되고 상기 마그넷과 IC가 내장되는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 하우징에는 IC가 외부로 노출되게 장착되는 IC 노출부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 휠 스피드 센서.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 타측에는 IC의 전기적인 신호를 ABS 제어부로 인가하도록 ABS 제어부와 전기적으로 연결되는 터미널이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 휠 스피드 센서.
