Claims (8)
- 생분해성 수지, 가소제 및 결정핵제를 함유하는 생분해성 수지조성물로서, 가소제가 분자중에 2개 이상의 에스테르기를 가지며 에스테르를 구성하는 알코올 성분 중 적어도 1종이 수산기 1개당 탄소수 2~3의 알킬렌옥사이드를 평균 0.5~5몰 부가한 화합물이며, 결정핵제가 다음의 결정핵제 (1)과 결정핵제 (2)의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물:결정핵제 (1)은 다음의 결정핵제 (1-1) 또는 결정핵제 (1-2)이다;결정핵제 (1-1): 분자중에 수산기와 아미드기를 가지는 화합물에서 선택되는 적어도 1종,결정핵제 (1-2): 하이드록시 지방산 에스테르에서 선택되는 적어도 1종,결정핵제 (2): 페닐포스폰산 금속염, 인산 에스테르의 금속염, 방향족 설폰산 디알킬에스테르의 금속염, 로진산류의 금속염, 방향족 카르복실산 아미드, 로진산 아미드, 카르보히드라지드류, N-치환 요소류, 멜라민 화합물의 염 및 우라실류로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종.
- 제1항에 있어서,결정핵제 (1)과 결정핵제 (2)의 비율이 결정핵제 (1)/결정핵제 (2) (중량비)=20/80~80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,결정핵제 (1)이 수산기를 가지는 지방족 아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,결정핵제 (1)이 12-하이드록시스테아르산 트리글리세라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,결정핵제 (2)가 페닐포스폰산 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가소제가, 숙신산 또는 아디프산과 폴리에틸렌글리콜 모노메틸에테르와의 에스테르, 및 아세트산과 글리세린 또는 에틸렌글리콜의 에틸렌옥사이드 부가물과의 에스테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,생분해성 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 가소제의 함유량이 5~30중량부, 결정핵 제 (1)의 함유량이 0.1~3중량부, 결정핵제 (2)의 함유량이 0.1~3중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,생분해성 수지가 폴리락트산 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지조성물.
