Claims (4)
- 양극과 음극 사이에 적어도 발광층이 존재하고, 전기 에너지에 의해 발광하는 소자로서:상기 발광층은 적어도 일반식 (1)로 나타내어지는 피로메텐 골격을 갖는 화합물 또는 그 금속 착체, 및 일반식 (2)로 나타내어지는 나프타센 유도체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.[여기에서, R1~R7은 각각 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, 수소, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 복소환기, 알케닐기, 시클로알케닐기, 알키닐기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴에테르기, 아릴티오에테르기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐, 시아노기, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 옥시카르보닐기, 카르바모일기, 아미노기, 실릴기, 포스핀옥사이드기, 및 인접 치환기와의 사이에 형성되는 환 구조 중에서 선택되고; X는 탄소 원자 또는 질소 원자이지만, 질소 원자인 경우에는 상기 R7은 존재하지 않으며; 금속 착체의 금속은 붕소, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 크롬, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 동, 아연 및 백금에서 선택되는 1종 이상이다.][여기에서, R8~R19는 각각 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, 수소, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 복소환기, 알케닐기, 시클로알케닐기, 알키닐기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴에테르기, 아릴티오에테르기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐, 시아노기, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 옥시카르보닐기, 카르바모일기, 아미노기, 실릴기, 포스핀옥사이드기, 및 인접 치환기와의 사이에 형성되는 환 구조 중에서 선택된다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 일반식 (2)로 나타내어지는 나프타센 유도체에 있어서, R8~R19 중 1개 이상이 아릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 착체가 하기 일반식 (3)으로 나타내어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.[여기에서, R20~R26은 각각 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, 수소, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 복소환기, 알케닐기, 시클로알케닐기, 알키닐기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴에테르기, 아릴티오에테르기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 할로겐, 시아노기, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 옥시카르보닐기, 카르바모일기, 아미노기, 실릴기, 포스핀옥사이드기, 및 인접 치환기와의 사이에 형성되는 환 구조 중에서 선택되고; R27 및 R28은 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, 할로겐, 수소, 알킬, 아릴 및 복소환기에서 선택되며; X는 탄소 원자 또는 질소 원자이지만, 질소 원자인 경우에는 상기 R26은 존재하지 않는다.]
