Description
Claims (10)
- 상응하는 아민 및 포스겐으로부터 이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법으로서, 반응은 1 이상의 반응 구역에서 기체 상으로 수행하고, 반응 혼합물은 1 이상의 액체가 분무되어 반응을 정지시키는 1 이상의 구역으로 공급되고, 확장되거나 또는 일정한 횡단면을 갖는 구역이 반응 구역과 반응이 정지되는 구역 사이에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튜브 반응기, 내부를 구비하거나 또는 구비하지 않는 유동관 또는 플레이트 반응기를 반응 구역으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 급랭(quench) 구역 내 자유 유동 횡단면 대 반응 구역 내 자유 유동 횡단면의 비가 25/1 내지 1/2인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 확장되는 영역 내 유동 횡단면 대 반응 구역 내 유동 횡단면의 비가 1:1 내지 4:1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 확장되는 영역 내에서 벽이 세로 축과 20° 미만의 반원추각을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무된 액적의 사우터(Sauter) 평균 직경이 5 내지 5000 ㎛인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 온도가 150 내지 600℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무된 액체가 유기 용매인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무된 액체가 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환될 수 있는 방향족 용매인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무된 액체가 이소시아네이트인 방법.
