Description
Claims (14)
- 핫박스;상기 핫박스 하부에 위치하며 블로어, 펌프, 제어모듈, 표시부, 컨버터가 내장되는 콜드박스;상기 핫박스에서 배출되는 배기가스의 열에너지를 회수하여 외기로 배출하는온수저장조와 복수의 탱크로 구성되는 부대장치를 포함하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핫박스는,연료전지에 필요한 수소가스를 생산하는 연료개질기;상기 수소가스를 이용하여 발전하는 연료전지 스택;상기 연료전지 스택과 연료개질기에 열을 공급하는 열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적 자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 핫박스는 상기 연료전지 스택에서 배출되는 미반응 수소와 공기를 연소 시켜 핫박스 내부의 온도를 유지하는 촉매연소기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적 자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 제1 열교환기, 제2 열교환기 및 제3 열교환기로 구성되며,상기 촉매연소기에서 배출되는 배기가스는 상기 제1 열교환기, 제2 열교환기 및 제3 열교환기를 거쳐 열교환 되어 배기구를 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적 자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 배기구는 핫박스 내의 하단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적 자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 온수저장조는 탈이온수를 정제하여 저장하는 탈이온수 트랩이 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 핫박스는단열재 및 조립 및 유지보수를 위해 개폐구를 포함하는 본체 커버를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 단열재는 적어도 2개의 층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 단열재는 진공층, 중간단열층 및 내부단열층의 세라믹층으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 본체커버 내측에 공기의 유동이 용이하도록 유로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핫박스에는 연료전지 시스템을 단독으로 운전하기 위한 보조히터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핫박스 일측에는 핫박스를 가열하는 시동용 시동버너가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핫박스 내에 연료전지 스택을 단열하는 단열커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
- 모듈화된 열교환기, 연료개질기 및 촉매연소기로 구성된 핫박스;상기 핫박스 하부에 위치하며 블로어, 펌프, 제어모듈, 표시부 및 컨버터가 내장되는 콜드박스;상기 핫박스에서 배출되는 배기가스의 열에너지를 회수하여 외기로 배출하는온수저장조와 복수의 탱크로 구성되는 부대장치를 포함하는 열적자립운전이 가능한 고체 산화물 연료전지 시스템.
