Claims (3)
- 마그네슘 부품 또는 마그네슘 합금 부품을 주조물이나 중간재로부터 가공하여 형상화 부품으로 하는 공정과,상기 형상화 부품을 산성 수용액에 침지하여 화학 에칭하는 공정과,상기 화학 에칭한 상기 형상화 부품을 과망간산염을 포함하는 수용액에 침지하여, 표면에 망간 산화물을 성분으로 하는 박층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 박층을 형성한 상기 형상화 부품을 사출 성형 금형에 인서트하고,폴리페닐렌설파이드 70~97질량%와 폴리올레핀계 수지 3~30질량%를 포함하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물,폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 70~97질량%와 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및/또는 폴리올레핀계 수지 3~30질량%를 포함하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물, 및헥사메틸렌디아민과 이소프탈산으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아미드와 헥사메틸렌디아민과 테레프탈산으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아미드의 쌍방이 함유되어 있는 방향족 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물로부터 선택되는 1종을 사출하고,상기 형상화 부품과 상기 수지 조성물을 일체로 고착하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 마그네슘 부품 또는 마그네슘 합금 부품을 주조물이나 중간재로부터 가공하여 형상화 부품으로 하는 공정과,상기 형상화 부품을 산성 수용액에 침지하여 화학 에칭하는 공정과,상기 화학 에칭한 상기 형상화 부품을 과망간산염을 포함하는 수용액에 침지하여, 표면에 망간 산화물을 성분으로 하는 박층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 박층을 형성한 상기 형상화 부품을 사출 성형 금형에 인서트하고,폴리페닐렌설파이드 70~97질량%와 폴리올레핀계 수지 3~30질량%를 포함하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물,폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 70~97질량%와 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및/또는 폴리올레핀계 수지 3~30질량%를 포함하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물, 및헥사메틸렌디아민과 이소프탈산으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아미드와 헥사메틸렌디아민과 테레프탈산으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아미드의 쌍방이 함유되어 있는 방향족 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물로부터 선택되는 1종을 사출하고,상기 형상화 부품과 상기 수지 조성물을 일체로 고착하는 공정과,상기 고착한 상기 형상화 부품과 상기 수지 조성물을 마그네슘 합금용 화성 처리액에 침지하여 화성 처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 마그네슘 부품 또는 마그네슘 합금 부품을 주조물이나 중간재로부터 가공하여 형상화 부품으로 하는 공정과,상기 형상화 부품을 산성 수용액에 침지하여 화학 에칭하는 공정과,상기 화학 에칭한 상기 형상화 부품을 과망간산염을 포함하는 수용액에 침지하여, 표면에 망간 산화물을 성분으로 하는 박층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 박층을 형성한 상기 형상화 부품을 사출 성형 금형에 인서트하고,폴리페닐렌설파이드 70~97질량%와 폴리올레핀계 수지 3~30질량%를 포함하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물,폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 70~97질량%와 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및/또는 폴리올레핀계 수지 3~30질량%를 포함하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물, 및헥사메틸렌디아민과 이소프탈산으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아미드와 헥사메틸렌디아민과 테레프탈산으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아미드의 쌍방이 함유되어 있는 방향족 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지분 조성의 수지 조성물로부터 선택되는 1종을 사출하고,상기 형상화 부품과 상기 수지 조성물을 일체로 고착하는 공정과,상기 고착한 상기 형상화 부품과 상기 수지 조성물을 인산망간계 또는 규소계의 마그네슘 합금용 화성 처리액에 침지하여 화성 처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 복합체의 제조 방법.
