Claims (11)
- HLB값이 4이하인 유화제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 카로테노이드(carotenoid) 용해용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유화제는 HLB값이 1 내지 3의 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HLB 값이 4이하인 유화제는 글리세린모노올레이트(glycerin monooleate), 글리세린모·디리노레이트, 글리세린디카프릴레이트(glycerin dicaprylate), 글리세린모노 디카프레이트(glycerin dicaprate), 프로필렌글리콜모노카프릴레이트(propyleneglycol monocaprylate), 프로필렌글리콜모노올레이트(propyleneglycol monooleate), 소르비탄 디올레이트(sorbitan dioleate) 및 소르비탄트리카프레이트(sorbitan tricaprate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카로테노이드는 β-카로틴, 라이코펜(lycopene), 빅 신(bixin), 클립트크산틴, 제아잔틴(zeaxanthin), 칸타잔틴(canthaxanthin), 아스타잔틴(astaxanthin), 루테인(lutein) 및 크루크민(curcumin)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (a) 제1항의 조성물에 카로테노이드를 첨가, 혼합하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 혼합물을 불활성기체 기류하에서 50 내지 150℃를 유지하면서 5 내지 30분간 혼합하여 카로테노이드를 용해시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카로테노이드 용액의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계의 혼합은 카로테노이드 1중량부에 제1항의 조성물 0.1~100 중량부를 혼합하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 카로테노이드 용액.
- (a) 제7항의 카로테노이드 용액에 수성용매를 첨가하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 혼합액을 균질화기(homogenizer)로 균질화하여 유화액 을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 카로테노이드 유화액의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수성용매는 물, 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜, 소르비톨, 말티톨, 자당, 글루코오스, 환원 물엿, 포도당 및 과당으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 카로테노이드 유화액.
- 제7항의 카로테노이드 용액 또는 제10항의 카로테노이드 유화액을 포함하는 식품 조성물.
