Claims (3)
- 레귤러 폴리에스터 섬유(regular PET fiber) 60~70중량% 및 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유(low melting PET fiber) 또는 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 섬유 40~30중량%가 포함된 섬유를 주원료로 하는 흡음재에 표피재가 결합된 것으로,상기 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌 섬유가 용융된 용융물에 의해 상기 흡음재와 표피재가 일체로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재와 표피재가 결합된 섬유기재.
- 레귤러 폴리에스터 섬유 60~70중량% 및 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌 섬유 40~30중량%가 포함된 배합사를 압하하여 판상의 흡음재를 준비하는 단계;상기 흡음재를 250℃~300℃ 범위 내의 내부 온도를 가진 오븐에서 30초~50초간 열처리하여, 상기 흡음재에 포함된 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 용융시키는 단계; 및,상기 열처리한 흡음재에 표피재를 프레스롤로 연속적으로 공급시켜서, 상기 프레스롤의 압력과 상기 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌 섬유의 용융물에 의하여, 상기 흡음재와 표피재를 결합시키는 단계;를 포함하는 흡음재와 표피재가 결합된 섬유기재의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판상의 흡음재는 상기 섬유가 수직방향으로 배향된 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재와 표피재가 결합된 섬유기재의 제조방법.
