Claims (2)
- 밸브 봉과, 상기 밸브 봉을 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 지지하는 베어링을 구비하고,상기 밸브 봉이, Ni 기초 합금으로 이루어지는 단조품으로 구성되고,상기 베어링이, Ni 기초 합금으로 이루어지는 주조품으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 봉에 있어서의 상기 베어링과의 미끄럼 이동면의 표면 거칠기, 및 상기 베어링에 있어서의 상기 밸브 봉과의 미끄럼 이동면의 표면 거칠기가, Rz로 100㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 장치.
