Claims (5)
- 브러시를 유지하여 상기 브러시가 회전 샤프트에 부착된 정류자 상에서 슬라이딩 가능하도록 하는 브러시 홀딩부;상기 브러시에 전기적으로 연결된 전기 구성요소를 유지하는 전기 구성요소 홀딩부; 및상기 브러시 홀딩부를 형성하기 위한 홀더 베이스 부재 및 상기 홀더 베이스 부재에 결합되는 브러시 홀딩 부재를 포함하고,상기 브러시 홀딩 부재는 전기 구성요소 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 전기 구성요소 지지부는 상기 브러시 홀딩 부재 및 상기 홀더 베이스 부재 사이에서 상기 전기 구성요소 홀딩부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시 홀더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀더 베이스 부재는 전기 구성요소를 수용하는 전기 구성요소 수용부를 포함하고,상기 브러시 홀딩 부재가 상기 회전 샤프트의 축 방향을 따라 상기 홀더 베이스 부재에 결합될 때, 상기 전기 구성요소는 상기 전기 구성요소 홀딩부에서 그리고 상기 전기 구성요소 수용부 및 상기 전기 구성요소 지지부 사이에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시 홀더.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 브러시 홀딩 부재는 기 설정된 결합 방향을 따라 상기 홀더 베이스 부재에 결합되고,상기 브러시 홀딩 부재는 상기 결합 방향으로 전방 측부 상에서 슬라이딩 부분을 가지며, 상기 브러시는 상기 슬라이딩 부분 상에 슬라이딩 가능하고,상기 브러시 홀딩 부재는 상기 결합 방향으로 상기 전기 구성요소와 다른 제2 구성요소를 유지하는 제2 구성요소 홀딩부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시 홀더.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 슬라이딩 부분은 상기 정류자를 수용하기 위한 수용 공간을 향하는 방향과 반대하는 방향으로 상기 브러시의 이동을 제한하는 유지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시 홀더.
- 브러시를 유지하여 상기 브러시가 회전 샤프트에 부착된 정류자 상에서 슬라이딩 가능하도록 하는 브러시 홀딩부; 및상기 브러시에 전기적으로 연결된 전기 구성요소를 유지하는 전기 구성요소 홀딩부를 포함하는 브러시 홀더의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 방법은상기 브러시 및 상기 전기 구성요소를 홀더 베이스 부재에 배열하는 단계;상기 브러시가 슬라이딩 가능한 슬라이딩 부분, 및 상기 브러시에 전기적으로 연결된 전기 구성요소를 지지하기 위한 전기 구성요소 지지부를 갖는 브러시 홀딩 부재를 마련하는 단계; 및상기 브러시 홀딩 부재를 상기 홀더 베이스 부재에 결합하여 상기 브러시 홀딩부 및 상기 전기 구성요소 홀딩부를 동시에 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시 홀더의 제조 방법.
