Claims (20)
- 천연가스의 발열량을 저감시키는 장치로서,액화된 상태의 천연가스를 가열하기 위한 가열 수단과;상기 가열 수단에 의해 가열되어 일부가 기화된 액화천연가스를 저열량의 기체 성분과 고열량의 액체 성분으로 분리하기 위한 기액 분리 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가열 수단의 상류측에 배치되어 상기 가열 수단에 공급되는 액화천연가스를 예열하기 위한 열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 열교환기에서 액화천연가스를 예열하기 위한 열원은, 상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 기체 성분으로부터 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단에서 1차적으로 분리된 액체 성분을 전달받아 저열량 성 분과 고열량 성분을 2차적으로 분리하기 위한 소형 증류탑을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 소형 증류탑에서 2차적으로 분리된 저열량 성분은 상기 기액 분리 수단에서 1차적으로 분리된 저열량 성분과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 소형 증류탑에서 2차적으로 분리된 고열량 성분은 별도의 저장탱크에 저장되거나 연료로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 저열량의 기체 성분은, 상기 열교환기에서 액화천연가스와의 열교환을 통하여 냉각 및 액화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,고압 펌프에 의해 상기 열교환기에서 액화된 저열량 성분을 공급받아 기화시킨 후 수요처로 공급하기 위한 기화기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,액화된 천연가스를 저장하기 위한 액화천연가스 저장탱크와, 상기 액화천연가스 저장탱크에서 발생한 증발가스를 압축하기 위한 증발가스 압축기와, 상기 증발가스 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스를 재액화하여 상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 저열량 성분과 혼합하기 위한 재응축기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 저열량 성분을 상기 가열 수단에 공급되는 액화천연가스와 열교환시켜 냉각 및 응축시키기 위한 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기에서 응축된 저열량 성분과의 열교환을 통하여 상기 증발가스 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스를 액화시키기 위한 상기 재응축기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단에 공급되는 액화천연가스 중 일부를 우회시켜 상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리되어 나온 저열량 성분과 혼합하기 위한 우회 라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 우회 라인은, 상기 가열 수단에 공급되는 액화천연가스와 상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 저열량 성분 사이에서의 열교환이 수행되는 열교환기를 통과하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 소형 증류탑에서 분리된 고열량 성분을 추가적으로 분리하기 위해 연달아 설치된 또 다른 소형 증류탑을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 고열량의 액체 성분을 저장하기 위한 별도의 저장탱크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,액화된 천연가스를 저장하기 위한 액화천연가스 저장탱크와, 상기 액화천연가스 저장탱크 및 상기 별도의 저장탱크에서 발생한 증발가스를 함께 압축하기 위한 증발가스 압축기와, 상기 증발가스 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스를 재액화하여 상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 저열량 성분과 혼합하기 위한 재응축기를 더 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단에서 분리된 저열량 성분을 상기 가열 수단에 공급되는 액화천연가스와 열교환시켜 냉각 및 응축시키기 위한 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기에서 응축된 저열량 성분과의 열교환을 통하여 상기 증발가스 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스를 액화시키기 위한 상기 재응축기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감장치.
- 액화천연가스 저장탱크와 액화천연가스 재기화 장치를 가지며 해상에서 부유된 상태로 사용되는 부유식 해상 구조물로서, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 16 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 따른 천연가스 발열량 저감장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유식 해상 구조물.

- 천연가스의 발열량을 저감시키는 방법으로서,액화된 상태의 천연가스를 가열하는 단계와;상기 가열 단계를 거쳐 일부가 기화된 액화천연가스를 기액 분리 수단을 통하여 저열량의 기체 성분과 고열량의 액체 성분으로 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감방법.
- 청구항 19에 있어서,상기 기액 분리 수단을 통하여 분리된 고열량의 액체 성분을 더욱 정밀하게 증류하여 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 발열량 저감방법.
