Claims (3)
- 볏짚 보강된 재생 폴리에틸렌 복합재료를 제공함에 있어서,상기 볏짚 및 재생 폴리에틸렌을 펠렛 크기 2-7mm이고, 펠렛내 볏짚 함량은 10-50wt% 범위내로 펠릿화하는 단계;상기 펠렛을 이중축 압출기를 사용하여 120-220℃ 범위내에서 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 핫 프레스를 사용하여 120-220℃에서 가공하는 단계;및그런 다음 120-220℃에서 30-70분간 2차 용융시키고, 500-1500psi에서 5-60분간 재치시킨 다음 상온에서 냉각시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 천연섬유-보강된 재생 폴리에틸렌 복합재료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중축 압출기의 축 직경은 5-100mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법에 의해 얻어진, 두께 1-20mm 범위내인 기계적 및 열적 특성이 개선된 천연섬유-보강된 재생 폴리에틸렌 복합재료
