Claims (4)
- 금속관을 소재로 하고, 냉간의 소성 가공으로 일체적으로 가공한 가공품이며, (x) 굽힘부를 1군데 이상 갖고, (y1) 굽힘부의 적어도 1군데에, 관축에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 굽힘 외측을 향하는 방향 및 그 방향에 수직인 방향의 치수가, 금속관의 단부의 원상당 직경의 1.35배 이상인 확관부를 갖고, 또한 (z1) 굽힘부의 내측이, 대략 동일한 곡률 반경으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이드로폼 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굽힘부의 내측의 형상에 있어서, (곡률 반경의 최대값- 곡률 반경의 최소값)/곡률 반경의 최소값이 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이드로폼 가공품.
- 금속관을 소재로 하고, 냉간의 소성 가공으로 일체적으로 가공한 가공품이며, (x) 굽힘부를 1군데 이상 갖고, (y2) 굽힘부의 적어도 1군데에, 관축에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 굽힘 내측을 향하는 방향 및 그 방향에 수직인 방향의 치수가, 금속관의 단부의 원상당 직경의 1.35배 이상인 확관부를 갖고, 또한 (z2) 굽힘부의 외측이, 대략 동일한 곡률 반경으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이드로폼 가공품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 굽힘부의 외측의 형상에 있어서, (곡률 반경의 최대값 - 곡률 반경의 최소값)/곡률 반경의 최소값이 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이드로폼 가공품.
