Claims (14)
- 다수의 란셋 (2) 을 가지는 캐리어 테이프 (1), 및 장치 하우징 (5) 을 포함하는 천공 시스템으로서, 상기 장치 하우징 (5) 은, 캐리어 테이프 (1) 를 이송 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 란셋 (2) 을 사용 위치에 연속하여 위치지정하기 위한 이송 설비 (6), 및 천공 운동을 위해 사용 위치에 위치되는 란셋 (2) 을 가속하기 위한 천공 드라이브 (7) 를 구비하고, 또한, 란셋 (2) 의 천공 운동에 의해 천공이 이루어지는, 신체 부위에 접촉하기 위한 하우징 개구부 (8) 를 갖는 천공 시스템에 있어서,상기 캐리어 테이프 (1) 상에 있는 위치 마크 (4);캐리어 테이프 (1) 의 란셋 (2) 과 그 란셋에 할당된 위치 마크 (4) 사이의 거리에 따라 달라지는 란셋 (2) 에 대한 거리값을 저장하는 저장 매체;이송 설비 (6) 에 의해 실행되는 캐리어 테이프 (1) 의 운동시에 위치 마크 (4) 가 진행하게 되는 검출 위치에서 위치 마크 (4) 를 검출하기 위한 센서 (12); 및이송 설비 (6) 를 제어하기 위해 센서 (12) 에 연결되어 있는 제어 유닛 (13) 을 포함하고,란셋 (2) 을 사용 위치에 위치지정하기 위해서, 제어 유닛 (13) 은 위치 마크 (4) 가 검출 위치에 도달하는 테이프 위치로부터 시작하여 캐리어 테이프 (1) 가 위치지정 거리만큼 이동되자마자 이송 설비 (6) 를 정지시키고, 이에 따라 위치 지정 거리의 길이가, 위치지정될 란셋 (2) 과 검출된 위치 마크 (4) 사이의 거리에 따라 달라지고, 위치지정될 란셋 (2) 에 대한 저장 매체에 저장된 거리값에 의해 제어 유닛 (13) 에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 (12) 는 위치 마크 (4) 가 검출 위치에 도달하는 테이프 위치를 지나쳐서 캐리어 테이프 (1) 가 위치지정 거리만큼 이동되는 동안 변하는 센서 신호를 발생시키고, 이에 따라 제어 유닛 (13) 은, 변화하는 센서 신호의 분석에 의해 언제 캐리어 테이프 (1) 가 위치지정 거리만큼 이동되는지, 그리고 그에 따라 언제 이송 설비 (6) 가 정지되어야 하는지를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 (12) 는 광학 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 (12) 는, 작동시에, 캐리어 테이프 (1) 상의 측정 스폿으로 초점이 맞추어지는 빛을 방사하는 광원을 포함하고, 캐리어 테이프 (1) 의 이송 방향으로의 측정 스폿의 연장부는 바람직하게는 이와 일치하는 마킹 구획 (4c, 4d, 4e, 4f) 의 이송 방향으로의 연장부로부터 최대 30 % 까지, 바람직하게는 최대 20 % 까지 편차가 생기는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 테이프 (1) 상의 란셋 (2) 사이에는 천공 상처로부터 얻어진 체액 샘플을 시험하기 위한 시험 필드 (3) 가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 (12) 는 체액 샘플에 포함되어 있는 분석물에 의해 영향을 받는 시험 필드 (3) 의 색깔 변화의 광도 시험을 위한 측정 설비인 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어 테이프 (1) 에 있어 서 허용가능한 오차 범위 밖에 위치되어 있거나 흠이 있는 기능적 요소 (2, 3) 에 관한 정보가 저장 매체에 저장되고, 캐리어 테이프 (1) 에 있어서 허용가능한 오차 범위 밖에 위치되어 있거나 흠이 있는 기능적 요소 (2, 3) 가 작동 중에 무시되고, 대신에, 이송 방향에 있어서 그 다음의 가장 가까운 기능적 요소 (2, 3) 가 사용 위치에 위치지정되도록 상기 정보가 제어 유닛 (13) 에 의해 분석되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 시스템.
