Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 전극조립체;일 단부에 개구부가 형성되며 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 캔;상기 캔의 개구부를 마감하는 캡 조립체; 및,상기 캔의 내측에 수용되며, 상기 캡 조립체와 상기 전극조립체 사이에 삽입되는 절연 케이스를 포함하여 형성되며,상기 절연 케이스의 외측면과 상기 캔의 내측면 사이에는 이격공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 케이스는 외측면에 돌출되어 형성되는 이격용 돌기를 더 포함하여형성되고,상기 이격공간은 상기 이격용 돌기가 상기 캔의 내측면과 맞닿아 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이격용 돌기는 상기 절연 케이스에 복수 개로 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 이격용 돌기는 상기 절연 케이스의 외측면과 상기 캔의 내측면 사이에 동일한 이격 거리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 이격용 돌기는 적어도 상기 절연 케이스의 외측면 네 귀퉁이에 형성되어 상기 절연 케이스가 상기 캔에 끼워 맞춤 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이격용 돌기의 돌출된 길이는 상기 절연 케이스의 평균 두께의 10% 내지 70%로 돌출되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이격용 돌기는 상기 캔과 맞닿는 부위가 상기 절연 케이스의 둘레 길이의 5% 내지 60% 사이의 영역내에서 돌출되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 케이스는 외측부에 전해액 통과 영역이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 케이스는상기 전극조립체의 상부면에 안착되는 안착판; 및상기 안착판과 일체형으로 형성되며, 상기 안착판의 넓은 일 면에 상부로 돌출되어 형성되는 측벽을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 절연 케이스는 상기 안착판의 측부 및 상기 측벽의 측부 중 적어도 어느 하나에 돌출되어 형성되는 이격용 돌기를 더 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 측벽은 복수 개의 튜브가 연결된 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
