Claims (8)
- 하부프레임, 입측클램프, 출측클램프, 캐리지가 구비되는 매쉬심 용접 장치에 있어서,상기 캐리지 내측에 구비되어 강판의 끝단을 정리하고 평행한 겹침부를 형성하는 전단기;상기 전단기에서 배출되는 강판의 상기 겹침부 일측에서부터 가압과 동시에 통전시켜 저항발열에 의한 강판의 겹쳐진 계면에 용융을 일으켜 너겟(Nugget)을 형성하는 전극휠;상기 전극휠에서 배출되는 상기 너겟을 강판 두께로 압착하여 단차를 감소시킨 용접부를 형성하는 플래니싱롤; 및상기 플래니싱롤을 통하여 배출되는 상기 용접부를 화염으로 직접 가열하여 열처리 공정을 수행하는 후열처리 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리가 가능한 매쉬심 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극휠, 플래니싱롤 및 후열처리 장치는 상기 강판을 기준으로 각각 상하 한 쌍씩 구비되며, 순차적으로 직렬 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리가 가능한 매쉬심 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후열처리 장치는 가열을 위한 연료를 공급하는 연료 공급부;상기 연료 공급부를 통해서 주입된 연료 기체를 혼합하는 기체 혼합부;상기 혼합된 연료 기체를 공급받고, 유량을 조절하고 압력을 균일하게 맞추어 이송시키는 유량조절 및 균압장치;상기 유량조절 및 균압장치로부터 이송된 상기 연료 기체가 역류하는 것을 방지하는 역화 방지 장치;상기 역화 방지 장치를 통하여 이송된 상기 혼합된 연료 기체를 하기 화염노즐에 균등 또는 차등하게 분해하는 연료 분배 장치; 및상기 연료 분배 장치를 통하여 공급받은 상기 혼합된 연료 기체를 점화시켜 상기 용접부에 가열 공정을 수행하는 화염노즐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리가 가능한 매쉬심 용접 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 연료 기체는 산소 기체 및 탄화수소 기체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리가 가능한 매쉬심 용접 장치.
- 청구항 제 1항에 기재된 매쉬심 용접 장치를 이용하여, 강판의 겹쳐진 부위에 압력과 통전을 동시에 가하면서 강판의 겹쳐진 계면을 용접한 후 용접부 및 열영향부에 후열처리 공정을 수행하여 상기 용접부가 페라이트(Ferrtie)와 베이나이트(Bainite)의 혼합조직 또는 페라이트(Ferrtie)와 펄라이트(Pearlite)의 혼합조직을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매쉬심 용접 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 후열처리 공정은 화염노즐을 이용하여 500 ~ 800℃의 온도로 직접 가열하는 방식을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매쉬심 용접 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 화염노즐에 의해서 상기 강판의 용접부 일부분이 가열되는 시간은 10 ~ 60초가 되도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매쉬심 용접 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 후열처리 공정에서 후열처리 장치가 이동되는 속도는 1 ~ 5 cm/sec로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매쉬심 용접 방법.
