Claims (12)
- 전도성 지지체; 및상기 지지체 위에 형성되는 광촉매층을 포함하며,상기 광촉매층은 메조포러스의 제1광촉매, 및 아나타제형:루틸형의 결정구조를 80:20 내지 60:40의 중량비로 포함하는 혼합결정형의 TiO2 제2광촉매를 포함하는 난분해성 폐수처리를 위한 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지체는 흑연, 카본나노튜브, 인듐틴옥사이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1광촉매는 제2광촉매에 의해 표면처리된 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1광촉매는 4.4 내지 7.5nm의 기공 직경을 갖는 메조 기공을 포함하는 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1광촉매는 메조다공성의 TiO2인 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1광촉매와 제2광촉매는 광촉매층내 2:1 내지 1:1의 중량비로 포함되는 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광촉매층은 도전제, 바인더, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 더 포함하는 것인 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 도전제는 천연 흑연, 인조 흑연, 카본 블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 케첸블랙, 탄소섬유, 금속 분말, 금속 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 도전제는 광촉매 100중량부에 대하여 10 내지 1000중량부로 포함되는 것인 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 수용성 고분자, 소수성 고분자, 전도성 고분자 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 광촉매층 총 중량에 대하여 20중량%이하로 포함되는 광전기 촉매산화용 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 광전기 촉매산화용 전극을 이용한 난분해성 폐수처리 방법.
