Claims (21)
- 엔진이 작동되고 있는 동안 상기 엔진 내로 물 또는 세정제와 혼합된 물을 포함하는 세정액을 유입시키는 수단과,
지면과 접촉할 뿐만 아니라 상기 엔진으로부터 이격되어 있고, 상기 엔진과 접촉하지 않으며, 엔진에서 배출되는 기류로부터 세정액을 분리하고, 상기 엔진의 출구 단부로부터 그리고 상기 엔진 아래로부터 배출되는 상기 세정액을 회수하는 이동가능한 수단을 포함하는 날개 탑재형(on-wing) 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단은 세정제와 혼합된 물을 포함하는 세정액을 유입시키는 수단을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단은 적어도 하나의 스프레이 노즐을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단은 적어도 2개의 노즐들을 포함하고, 제1 또는 다수의 노즐은 엔진의 압축기 상에 세정 유체를 분사하고 제2 또는 다수의 노즐은 엔진의 팬 섹션 상에 세정액을 퇴적시키는(deposit) 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단은 스프레이 노즐을 갖는 셰퍼드 후크 공구(shepherd's hook tool)를 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단은 상기 세정액이 상기 엔진의 압축기 섹션 및 팬 영역 중 적어도 하나로 흡입되도록 유발하는 수단을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 우회 덕팅(diversion ducting) 시스템을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 관성 분리 시스템을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 원심 분리 시스템을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 상기 엔진 아래에 홈(trough)을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 입자 및 오일을 제거하기 위하여 상기 이동가능한 수단에 의해 회수된 상기 세정액을 여과하는 수단을 더 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 용해된 고형물을 제거하기 위해, 회수된 상기 세정액을 처리하는 수단을 더 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단은 카트 상에 장착된 세정액 공급원을 포함하고, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 상기 카트 내의 또는 제2 카트 내의 유출물 홈을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 상기 엔진의 상기 출구 단부에 연결된 회수 도관을 포함하고, 상기 회수 도관은 회수된 세정액이 상기 유출물 홈 내로 유동하도록 하는 유출구를 갖는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 수단에 의해 회수된 상기 세정액을 처리하는 수단 및 회수 탱크를 포함하는 이동가능한 유닛을 더 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 회수된 세정액을 상기 유출물 홈으로부터 상기 이동가능한 수단에 의해 회수된 상기 세정액을 처리하는 수단으로 이동시키는 펌프를 더 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 회수하는 수단이 상기 엔진과 접촉하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 회수하는 수단은 오직 상기 엔진의 출구 단부와 접촉하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진이 작동하면서, 기류가 상기 엔진을 통해 생성됨으로써, 상기 기류 내로 세정액을 비말동반(entrain)하고, 상기 이동가능한 수단은 상기 기류로부터 비말동반된 세정액을 분리하는 수단을 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 엔진 내로 유입시키기 이전에 세정액을 가열하기 위한 가열기를 더 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수된 세정액을 상기 세정액을 유입시키는 수단으로 다시 펌핑하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 날개 탑재형 엔진 세정 및 물 재생을 위한 시스템.
