Claims (10)
- 강계열 합금 모재와 티타늄 또는 티타늄계 합금 모재 사이에 강계열 합금 모재로부터 니켈층, 크롬층 및 바나듐층의 순서로 적층되는 중간층(Ni-Cr-V)과, 상기 중간층의 바나듐층과 티타늄 또는 티타늄계 합금 모재 사이에 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재를 삽입시킨 후, 상기 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재의 용융온도 이상 상기 모재의 용융점 이하의 온도로 가열하여 강계열 합금 및 티타늄 또는 티타늄계 합금을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재의 용융온도 이상에서 상기 중간층을 구성하는 바나듐(V)층과 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재의 계면, 상기 티타늄 또는 티타늄 계열 합금 모재와 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재의 계면, 상기 중간층을 구성하는 니켈층과 강계열 합금 모재의 계면, 상기 중간층을 구성하는 니켈층과 크롬층의 계면 및 상기 크롬층과 바나듐층의 계면에서 고상확산 반응에 의해 강계열 합금 모재 및 티타늄 또는 티타늄계열 합금 모재 간의 고강도의 접합이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 강계열 합금 모재의 확산을 제어하여 상기 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재 내부로 강계열 합금 모재가 용출되는 것을 방지함으로써, 강계열 합금 모재와 티타늄 또는 티타늄계열 합금 모재 간 금속간화합물의 생성을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 도금, 코팅, 증착 및 클래딩으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 방법을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄계 삽입재는 Ti-Cu-Ni, Ti-Zr-Ni, Ti-Zr-Cu, Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni 및 Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni-Be으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지르코늄계 삽입재로는 Zr-Ti-Ni, Zr-Ti-Cu, Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni 및 Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni-Be로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입재의 형태는 파우더, 리본, 박판 및 판재로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 또는 티타늄계 합금과 강계열 합금 간의 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 온도는 730∼1400 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 이종금속 접합방법.
- 강계열 합금 모재와 티타늄 또는 티타늄계 합금 모재 사이에 강계열 합금 모재로부터 니켈층, 크롬층 및 바나듐층의 순서로 적층되는 중간층(Ni-Cr-V)과, 상기 중간층의 바나듐층과 티타늄 또는 티타늄계 합금 모재 사이에 티타늄계 또는 지르코늄계 삽입재가 삽입되어 강계열 합금 모재와 티타늄 또는 티타늄계열 합금 모재 간 금속간화합물의 생성이 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 이종금속 접합방법에 의해 제조되는 강계열 합금과 티타늄 또는 티타늄계열 합금 간의 고강도 접합합금.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접합합금의 접합부의 강도는 모재의 강도를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 이종금속 접합방법에 의해 제조되는 강계열 합금과 티 타늄 또는 티타늄계열 합금 간의 고강도 접합합금.
