Claims (5)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화티탄 화합물의 비표면적이 20 ㎡/g 이상, 400 ㎡/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극용 산화티탄 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,금속 Li 를 대극으로 하여 리튬 2 차 전지를 제조했을 때, 활물질 1 g 당 35 mA 로 실시한 충방전 시험에 있어서의 3 사이클째의 방전 용량이 200 mAh/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극용 산화티탄 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전극용 산화티탄 화합물을 정극 또는 부극 활물질로서 사용한, 전지용 전극.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 전지용 전극을 사용한, 리튬 2 차 전지.
