Claims (3)
- 투입호퍼(10)에 투입된 각종의 폐합성수지가 컨베이어(12)를 거쳐 제1용융로(20)에 설치된 스크류(18)로 압출 이송되면서 1차 가열 및 열분해되어 기화되고, 기화된 가스가 제2용융로(42)에서 2차 가열 및 열분해되어 기화된 후에 제1 내지 제3냉각기(45-46)를 거쳐 유수분리탱크(47)에서 유수 분리된 혼합유가 추출되어 유류탱크(48)에 저장되는 폐합성수지 유화장치에 있어서,상기 제1용융로(20)의 스크류(18)를 거쳐 배출된 슬러지가 투입되는 투입구(30)와,상기 투입구(30)로 투입된 슬러지를 이송시키는 복수의 스크류(34)와,상기 스크류(34)가 장착되고 버너(38)에서 발생된 화염으로 슬러지를 가열하여 열분해시키는 제3용융로(36)를 포함하고,상기 제3용융로(36)에서 발생된 가스를 제1용융로(20)와 제3용융로(36)의 가열을 위한 버너(22)의 연료로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 유화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1용융로(20)에서 투입된 폐합성수지는 1/2 내외로 용융시켜 고순도의 혼합유를 추출하고, 혼합유로 추출하고 난 나머지 1/2 내외의 슬러지를 제3용융로(36)에서 용융시켜 기체연료로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 유화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1용융로(20)의 스크류(18)에서 이송되어 배출되는 슬러지 중에서 일부는 고체연료로 재활용하거나 폐기하고, 상기 제3용융로(36)에서 추출된 혼합유는 유수분리탱크(47)에서 유수분리한 후에 유류탱크(48)에 저장하며, 상기 제3냉각기(46)에서 발생된 가스를 버너(22)의 연료로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 유화장치.
