Claims (16)
- 췌장암 치료용 의약으로서 아스파라기나아제를 캡슐화(encapsulate)하는 적혈구의 현탁액.
- 아스파라기나아제를 캡슐화하는 적혈구의 현탁액을 포함하는, 췌장암의 치료를 목적으로 하는 치료용 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환자 생존의 증가를 위한 것인, 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 즉시 사용가능한(ready for use) 것인, 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용 전 희석용인 것인, 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제5항에 있어서, 희석 전의 헤마토크리트(haematocrit)는 60 내지 90%인 것인 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 즉시 사용가능한 현탁액의 헤마토크리트는 약 40 내지 약 70 %이고, 바람직하게 약 45 내지 약 55 %이며, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 50 %인 것인 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, mL 당 30 내지 300 IU, 바람직하게는 mL 당 70 내지 150 IU의 아스파라기나아제를 함유하는 것인 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학치료제(chemotherapeutic agent)를 더 함유하는 것인 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학치료제로서 젬시타빈, 시스플라틴, 옥살리플라틴, 또는 백금 유도체, 예를 들면 시스플라틴 또는 옥살리플라틴과 조합된 5-플루오로우라실을 함유하는 것인 현탁액, 조성물 또는 의약.
- 췌장암의 치료를 목적으로 하는 의약의 제조를 위한, 아스파라기나아제를 캡슐화하는 적혈구의 용도.
- 환자 생존의 증가를 목적으로 하는 의약의 제조를 위한, 아스파라기나아제를 캡슐화하는 적혈구의 용도.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, mL 당 30 내지 300 IU, 바람직하게는 mL 당 70 내지 150 IU의 아스파라기나아제를 함유하는 의약의 제조를 위한 것인 용도.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 내지 250 mL의 현탁액 형태의 의약의 제조를 위한 것인 용도.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 체중 kg 당 및 투여(dose) 당 20 내지 500 IU, 바람직하게는 50 내지 500 IU의 아스파라기나아제를 전달하는 것을 목적으로 하는 의약의 제조를 위한 것인 용도.
- 아스파라기나아제를 캡슐화하는 적혈구의 현탁액을 포함하는 조성물 또는 의약이 환자에게 투여되는 것인, 환자 생존을 증가시키는 방법.
