Claims (6)
- 투명하고 경질인 합성수지 재질로 형성되며, 일면에 복수의 키탑이 돌출되게 일체로 형성된 키탑층;상기 키탑층을 통해 외부에 문자, 숫자, 기호 또는 도안을 외부로 투영시킬 수 있도록 상기 키탑층의 타면에 형성된 표시층; 및상기 표시층상에 형성되며, 상기 복수의 키탑에 대응하는 부분에 복수의 액추에이터가 돌출되도록 형성된 액추에이터층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기 입력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표시층과 상기 액추에이터층의 사이에는 광을 상기 각 키탑에 집속시키기 위한 렌즈층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기 입력장치.
- a) 박형이며 투명한 경질의 합성수지 필름의 일면에 복수의 키탑이 돌출되게 상기 키탑을 제외한 나머지 부분을 제거하여 키탑층을 형성하는 단계;b) 상기 키탑층을 통해 문자, 기호, 숫자 또는 도안이 외부로 투영될 수 있도록 상기 키탑층의 타면에 표시층을 형성하는 단계; 및c) 상기 표시층상에 액상의 실리콘을 도포하고, 상기 각 키탑에 대응하는 부분에 액추에이터가 돌출되게 형성되도록 상기 액상의 실리콘을 압축성 형(compression molding)하여 액추에이터층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 전자기기 입력장치의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 필름은 투명의 PC 수지, PET 수지 및 PMMA 수지 중 어느 하나로 구성되며,상기 a)단계는 상기 PC 수지, PET 수지 또는 PMMA 수지 중 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 필름을 CNC 가공기로 상기 키탑을 제외한 나머지 부분을 절삭 가공하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기 입력장치의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 c)단계는 상기 표시층상에 토출된 액상 실리콘을 압축 성형하여 액추에이터를 구비한 상기 액추에이터층을 형성하기 위한 제 1 금형과, 상기 키탑층의 일면에 형성된 상기 각 키탑의 형상을 변형하기 위한 제 2 금형을 이용하여 압축 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기 입력장치의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 b)단계와 상기 c)단계 사이에는 상기 액추에이터층을 통과한 광이 상기 각 키탑에 집광될 수 있도록 상기 각 키탑에 대응하는 부분에 반구형 렌즈가 형성된 렌즈층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기 입력장치 의 제조방법.
