Abstract

본 발명은 잡아당기면 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이에 관한 것으로, 케이블 타이 헤드부의 걸림돌기 부분에 잡아당기면 쉽게 풀리는 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 결합 및 분리 가능한 구조를 갖도록 구성함으로서 자르는 도구 없이도 케이블 타이가 쉽게 풀리게 하여 보다 편리하게 케이블 타이를 사용할 수 있도록 하며 여러 번 재사용이 가능하여 자원낭비를 최소화할 수 있다는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이는 헤드부의 걸림돌기 끝 부분에 케이블이 결속되는 방향으로 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이(5Cm내외)를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 그 용도를 파악할 수 있는 직관적인 구조와 함께 손으로 잡아당기면 걸림돌기가 젖혀져서 결속된 부분이 쉽게 풀리도록 구성된다.

잡아당기면 풀리는 케이블타이{Pull and Releasable Cable Ties}
본 발명은 잡아당기면 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이에 관한 것으로, 케이블 타이 헤드부의 걸림돌기 부분에 잡아당기면 쉽게 풀리는 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 결합 및 분리 가능한 구조를 갖도록 구성함으로서 자르는 도구 없이도 케이블 타이가 쉽게 풀리게 하여 보다 편리하게 케이블 타이를 사용할 수 있도록 하며 여러 번 재사용이 가능하여 자원낭비를 최소화할 수 있다는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이는 헤드부의 걸림돌기 끝 부분에 케이블이 결속되는 방향으로 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이(5Cm내외)를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 그 용도를 파악할 수 있는 직관적인 구조와 함께 손으로 잡아당기면 걸림돌기가 젖혀져서 결속된 부분이 쉽게 풀리도록 구성된다.
케이블 타이 헤드부(2)의 걸림돌기(5) 부분에 잡아당기면 쉽게 풀리는 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이(3)를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 결합 및 분리 가능한 구조를 갖도록 구성함으로서 칼이나 가위 등 자르는 도구 없이도 케이블 타이가 쉽게 풀리도록 한다.
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이는 헤드부(2)의 걸림돌기(5) 부분에 케이블이 결속되는 방향으로 손가락으로 잡아당기기 쉬운 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이(5Cm내외)(3)를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 그 용도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 직관적인 구조가 특징이다.
케이블 타이의 결속부와 걸림돌기가 단단히 고정되어있는 상태(제3도)에서 케이블 타이(1)의 몸체를 잡고 손잡이(3)를 잡아 당기면 지렛대의 원리에 의해 걸림돌기(5)가 결속상태에서 이탈하여 빠지게 되며(제4도) 케이블 타이(1) 몸체를 손잡이와 반대방향으로 잡아당기면 케이블타이가 결속상태에서 풀어지게 된다.
아울러 손잡이(3) 부분이 결속부(1)와 잘 구분되도록 결속부(1)와 10도 정도의 경사각을 두며 손잡이(3)를 잡아당길때 미끄러지지 않도록 손잡이(5) 끝부분에 돌기(4)를 만든다(제2도,제3도,제4도)
만약 기존의 케이블타이처럼 완전히 결속된 상태를 계속 유지하고 싶으면 케이블타이 헤드부(2)와 근접한 부분에서 결속부(1) 끝부분과 손잡이(3)를 동시에 잘라내면 손잡이 부분이 떨어져 나가기 때문에 케이블 타이를 잘라내지 않는 한 풀리지 않는다.
끝부분을 자를때 손잡이(3) 부분은 그대로 두고 결속부(1) 끝만 잘라내면 나중에 칼이나 가위 등의 도구 없이도 결속을 쉽게 풀 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이는 헤드부(2)의 걸림돌기(5) 부분에 케이블이 결속되는 방향으로 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 5Cm내외 길이의 손잡이(3)를 두어 손가락으로 잡아당기면 걸림돌기(5)가 젖혀져서 결속된 부분(1)이 쉽게 풀리도록 함으로써 칼이나 가위 등 도구가 없이도 간단하게 풀어지는 효과를 볼 수 있다.
아울러 여러 번에 걸친 재사용이 가능하게 됨으로써 비용과 낭비를 최소화할 수 있게 된다.
또한 손잡이(3) 부분이 결속부(1)와 잘 구분되도록 10도 정도의 경사각을 줌으로써 직관적으로 그 용도를 쉽게 알 수 있도록 했으며 손잡이(3)를 잡아 당길때 미끄러지지 않도록 손잡이(5) 끝부분에 돌기(4)를 만들어 줌으로써 적은 힘으로도 쉽게 풀릴 수 있도록 고안하였다.
또한 기존의 케이블 타이와 비교해 결속력이나 강도가 전혀 뒤떨어지지 않으면서 쉽게 풀리는 효과를 얻기 때문에 많은 시간과 경비를 아낄 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 쉽게 풀리는 케이블 타이는 헤드부(2)의 걸림돌기(5) 부분에 케이블이 결속되는 방향으로 손가락으로 잡아당기기 쉬운 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 손잡이(5Cm내외)(3)를 두어 누구라도 쉽게 그 용도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 직관적인 구조가 특징이다.
케이블 타이의 결속부와 걸림돌기가 단단히 고정되어있는 상태(제3도)에서 케이블 타이(1)의 몸체를 잡고 손잡이(3)를 잡아 당기면 지렛대의 원리에 의해 걸림돌기(5)가 결속상태에서 이탈하여 빠지게 되며(제4도) 케이블 타이(1) 몸체를 손잡이와 반대방향으로 잡아당기면 케이블타이가 결속상태에서 풀어지게 된다.
아울러 손잡이(3) 부분이 결속부(1)와 잘 구분되도록 결속부(1)와 10도 정도의 경사각을 두며 손잡이(3)를 잡아당길때 미끄러지지 않도록 손잡이(5) 끝부분에 돌기(4)를 만든다(제2도,제3도,제4도)

  1. 헤드부(2)의 걸림돌기(5) 부분에 케이블이 결속되는 방향으로 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 5Cm내외 길이, 10도 정도의 경사각을 이룬 손잡이(3)를 두어 손으로 잡아 당기면 케이블타이가 쉽게 풀리도록 만든 지렛대의 원리를 응용한 잡아 당기면 쉽게 풀리는 케이블타이
