Claims (37)
- 컨투어 직조 직물과 바이어스 직물이 교대로 적층되는 복수의 레이어를 가지는 제1부분을 포함하고,
상기 컨투어 직조 직물은 위사의 한개이상의 레이어와 혼합직조되는 경사의 한개이상의 레이어를 가지고, 상기 경사의 한개이상의 레이어는 상기 컨투어 직조 직물에서 컨투어 형상을 유지하고, 및
상기 바이어스 직물은 경사와 위사의 한개이상의 레이어에 대하여 비스듬한 각도로 혼합직조 또는 브레이드(braid)되는 복수의 실을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조의 강화를 위한 프리폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 3차원으로 직조된 직물을 가지는 제2부분을 더 포함하고, 상기 제2부분은 제1부분에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 직물과 폴라 직물이 교대로 적층되는 복수의 레이어를 가지는 제3부분을 더 포함하고,
상기 폴라 직물은 평평하고 곡선모양의 구성을 폴라 직물에 덧붙이도록 곡선모양의 경사를 만들기 위해 폴라직물의 한쪽 측면 모서리에서 반대쪽 측면 모서리까지 복수의 경사 또는 워프 스티어링의 차등적인 직물 테이크업(take-up)을 수행함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 직물은 +/-45도에서 직조된 평평한 직물 또는 가느다랗게 찢어지며 브레이드된 튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복합재 구조는 터빈 팬 케이스, 제트 엔진 컨테인먼트 링, 비행기 동체 프레임, 비행기 윈도우 프레임, 또는 비행기 엔진에 엔진실을 덧붙이기 위한 플랜지 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 프리폼은 선대칭 및/또는 비선대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 직물은 연속적이거나 불연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3부분은 카본, 나일론, 레이온, 폴리에스테르, 섬유유리, 면, 유리, 세라믹, 아라미드, 및 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 컨투어 직조 직물과 바이어스 직물이 교대로 적층되는 복수의 레이어를 가지는 제1부분을 포함하고,
상기 컨투어 직조 직물은 위사의 한개이상의 레이어와 혼합직조되는 경사의 한개이상의 레이어를 가지고, 상기 경사의 한개이상의 레이어는 상기 컨투어 직조 직물에서 컨투어 형상을 유지하고, 및

- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 재료는 에폭시, 폴리에스테르, 비닐-에스테르, 세라믹, 및 카본으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조.
- 컨투어 직조 직물과 바이어스 직물이 교번하게 복수의 레이어를 적층함으로써 제1부분을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 컨투어 직조 직물은 위사의 한개이상의 레이어와 경사의 한개이상의 레이어를 혼합직조함으로써 제조되고, 상기 경사의 한개이상의 레이어는 직조된 후 컨투어 직조 직물에서 컨투어 형상을 유지하고, 및
상기 바이어스 직물은 경사 및 위사의 한개이상의 레이어에 대하여 비스듬한 각도로 복수의 실을 혼합직조하거나 브레이드(braid)으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조를 강화하기 위해 사용되는 프리폼의 제조방법.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 3차원으로 직물을 직조함으로써 제2부분을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제1부분에 제2부분을 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼의 제조방법.
- 청구항 20에 있어서, 폴라직물과 상기 바이어스 직물이 교번하는 복수의 레이어를 적층함으로써 제3부분을 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 폴라 직물은 평평한 곡선 모양의 구성을 폴라직물에 주기 위해 곡선모양의 경사를 만들도록 한쪽 측면 모서리에서 반대쪽 측면 모서리까지 복수의 경사 또는 워프 스티어링의 차등적인 직물 테이크업을 수행함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼의 제조방법.

- 컨투어 직조 직물과 바이어스 직물의 복수 레이어를 교번되게 적층함으로써 프리폼의 제1부분을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 컨투어 직조직물은 위사의 한개이상의 레이어와 경사의 한개이상의 레이어를 혼합직조함으로써 제조되고,
상기 경사의 한개이상의 레이어는 직조된 후 상기 컨투어 직조 직물에서 컨투어 형상을 유지하고,

- 청구항 28에 있어서, 폴라 직조 직물과 상기 바이어스 직물의 복수 레이어를 교번되게 적층함으로써 직조된 프리폼의 제3부분을 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
