Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- A) 먼저,
A1) 폴리이소시아네이트를
A2) 수평균 분자량이 400 내지 8000g/mol인 중합체성 폴리올 및/또는 폴리아민,
A3) 하나 이상의 하이드록실 또는 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 에테르인, 이소시아네이트-반응성의, 비-이온적으로 친수성인 화합물들 및
A4) C7 -24-알킬 또는 C7 -24-알케닐 그룹들을 함유하는 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물들을 반응시켜 NCO 그룹 함유 폴리우레탄 예비중합체 - NCO관능가 2 미만을 가짐 - 를 제조하고,
B) 상기 예비중합체의 여전히 유리된 NCO 그룹들과, 이소시아네이트-반응성 아미노 알콜, 모노아민, 폴리아민, 히드라진, 히드라지드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물 A8)을, 상기 예비중합체의 NCO 그룹들에 대한 화합물 A8)의 이소시아네이트-반응성 NH 그룹들의 이론적 몰 비가 0.8 대 1.2로 성취되도록 하는 양으로 반응시키는,
폼-안정화(foam-stabilising) 수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 NCO 그룹 함유 폴리우레탄 예비중합체가 1 초과, 2 미만의 NCO 관능가를 갖는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
단계 A)에서,
A1) 폴리이소시아네이트와
A5) 모노알콜 및 폴리알콜, 모노아민 및 폴리아민과 아미노 알콜로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 수평균 분자량이 17 내지 400g/mol인 저분자량 화합물 및/또는
A6) 이소시아네이트-반응성의, 이온적으로 또는 잠재적으로 이온적으로 친수성인 화합물들의 반응이 추가로 발생하고/하거나,
A7) 단계 A)에서, 성분 A1)과 성분 A2) 내지 성분 A4) 및/또는 성분 A5) 및/또는 성분 A6)의 반응이 용매로서 지방족 케톤 또는 에스테르 속에서 발생함을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
C) 단계 A)로부터 수득된 예비중합체를 지방족 케톤 또는 에스테르에 용해시키거나, 성분 A7)의 존재하에 제조가 수행되는 경우에, 상기 예비중합체 용액을 지방족 케톤 또는 에스테르의 추가 부가에 의해 희석시킴을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 NCO 그룹 함유 폴리우레탄 예비중합체가 성분 A1) 10 내지 45중량%, 성분 A2) 30 내지 80중량%, 성분 A3) 0.1 내지 15중량%및 성분 A4) 0.1 내지 15중량%를 함유하며, 상기 모든 성분의 합이 100중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 NCO 그룹 함유 폴리우레탄 예비중합체가 성분 A5) 0 내지 8중량% 및 성분 A6) 0 내지 10중량%를 함유하며, 모든 성분의 합이 100중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A4)에 따르는 상기 화합물들이 탄소수 11 내지 22의 직쇄, 포화 알킬 쇄를 하나 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, A4)에 따르는 상기 화합물들이 탄소수 15 내지 20의 직쇄, 포화 알킬 쇄를 하나 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A3)에 따르는 상기 화합물들이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 프로필렌 글리콜 모노알킬 에테르이고/이거나 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노알킬 에테르와 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 모노알킬 에테르와의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 A1)이 화학식 X(NCO)p(여기서, p는 2이고, X는 지방족 또는 지환족, 방향족 또는 방향지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이다)임을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 수득할 수 있는, 수성 폼-안정화 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액.
- 피복물의 제조를 위한, 제11항에 따르는 수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액의 용도.
- 피복물의 제조를 위한 기계적 팽창에 의한 폼의 제조를 위한, 제11항에 따르는 수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액의 용도.
- 제11항에 따르는 수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액으로부터 수득할 수 있는 피복물.
- 제11항에 따르는 수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액으로부터 수득할 수 있는, 기계적 팽창에 의한 폼으로부터 수득할 수 있는, 피복물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 따르는 피복물로 피복된, 기재.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 따르는 피복물로 피복된, 가죽 또는 모조 가죽.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 따르는 피복물로 피복된, 천연 통가족(full-grain leather) 또는 버핑 가죽(buffed leather) 및 스플릿 가죽(split leather).
