Abstract
시트형상의 모재와 송곳형상의 돌기를 갖는 원판을 가열하는 공정과, 상기 원판의 돌기를 상기 모재에 삽입하여 송곳형상의 오목부를 형성하는 공정과. 상기 원판을 상기 모재에 삽입한 상태에서 냉각하는 공정과, 상기 원판을 상기 모재로부터 분리하는 공정과, 상기 모재를 가열하는 공정을 갖는 스탬퍼 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (2)
- 시트형상의 모재와 송곳형상의 돌기를 갖는 원판을 가열하는 공정과,
상기 원판의 돌기를 상기 모재에 삽입하여 송곳형상의 오목부를 형성하는 공정과.
상기 원판을 상기 모재에 삽입한 상태에서 냉각하는 공정과,
상기 원판을 상기 모재로부터 분리하는 공정과,
상기 모재를 가열하는 공정을 갖는 스탬퍼 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 송곳형상의 오목부를 형성하는 공정에서는 상기 원판의 돌기는 상기 모재를 관통할 때까지 삽입되는 스탬퍼 제조방법.
