Claims (8)
- 상용 교류 전압 입력 신호를 정류하는 AC/DC 정류기;상기 AC/DC 정류기의 출력에 대응하여 AC 신호를 생성하는 AC 발생부;상기 AC 신호의 주파수를 제어하는 제어 유닛;상기 AC 신호에 포함된 불요(spurious) 신호 또는 하모닉 성분을 제거하는 필터부;상기 AC 신호를 증폭하는 전압/전류 증폭부; 및대상 공진기로 전력을 전송하는 전원 공진기를 포함하는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 AC/DC 정류기의 출력을 입력 받고, 대상 공진기로 전송되는 전력 양을 제어하는 전압/전류 제어부를 더 포함하고,상기 AC 발생부는 상기 전압/전류 제어부의 출력 신호에 따라 상기 AC 신호를 발생하는 공진 전력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 AC 발생부는 스위칭 회로부를 포함하고,상기 제어 유닛은 상기 스위칭 회로부의 스위칭 주파수를 제어하는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 AC 발생부는 오실레이터(oscillator)를 포함하고,상기 제어 유닛은 상기 오실레이터의 발진(oscillating) 주파수를 제어하는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 오실레이터는 생성된 발진 신호를 샤프닝(sharpening) 하는 펄스 샤프너(sharpener)를 포함하는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 AC 신호의 상기 주파수를 튜닝(tuning)하는 AC 주파수 튜닝부를 더 포함하는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전압/전류 증폭부를 경유한 상기 AC 신호의 주파수, 위상, 또는 전력 양 중 적어도 하나를 검출하고, 검출 값을 상기 AC 주파수 튜닝부로 피드백하는 궤환 제어 회로/보호 회로를 더 포함하고,상기 AC 주파수 튜닝부는 상기 검출 값을 피드백 받아 상기 AC 신호의 상기 주파수를 튜닝하는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 궤환 제어 회로/보호 회로는 상기 제어 유닛으로부터 상기 AC 발생부에서 발생되는 상기 AC 신호의 정보를 수신하고,상기 AC 신호의 정보는 상기 AC 주파수 튜닝부로 전송되는 공진 전력 발생 장치.
